The invention relates to a rolling element bearing comprising a first bearing ring, a second bearing ring, and a claw-pole alternator that is arranged between said two bearing rings. The claw-pole alternator includes a sequence of magnetic poles running along the first bearing ring, a sequence of magnetically-conductive claws arranged along the circumference of the second bearing ring, and a coil. Together the claws and the poles form magnetic rings that surround said coil. It is essential to the invention that the magnetically-conductive claws are only arranged along some sections of the circumference of said second bearing ring. The coil is arranged in the region of said magnetically-conductive claws. The invention also relates to a claw-pole alternator for installing in a rolling element bearing.

Rolling element bearing comprising an integrated lundell alternator, and a lundell alternator

A rolling bearing having a permanently excited first generator () which is arranged in an intermediate space between two bearing rings which are rotatable relative to one another, the first generator having a primary part and a secondary part and generating a first generator voltage when it operates, the secondary part has permanent magnets () which are arranged with alternating polarity on the circumference of one of the bearing rings at least in sections. The rolling bearing includes a second generator (), and the first generator voltage serves for the supply of energy to a sensor arrangement and/or actuator arrangement integrated in the bearing, whereas the second generator outputs a voltage signal for position determination and rotational speed measurement. A method for the energy management of a rolling bearing of this type is also provided.

Rolling bearing having an integrated generator and method for the energy management of a rolling bearing of said type

A bearing, which has a first bearing ring, a second bearing ring, a rolling element interposed between the two bearing rings and a claw pole generator-type power generation unit. The bearing has a substantially space-neutral power generation unit which has a high filling factor for the induction coil. The first claw of the claw ring is connected to a magnetically conducting section of the body of the first bearing ring in a magnetically conducting fashion. The magnetic poles of the pole pairs are mounted so as to be connected to a magnetically conducting section of the body of the second bearing ring in a magnetically conducting fashion and the magnetic circuit is substantially closed via the two magnetic sections and the rolling element.

Planetary roller gear drive with a spindle nut () that is arranged on a threaded spindle () and with a plurality of planets () that are arranged distributed around the periphery and are in rolling engagement with the threaded spindle () and the spindle nut (). The threaded spindle () has a plurality of helical windings wound around the spindle axis forming at least one thread groove (), and a sensor element () is arranged so that it cannot move in the axial direction relative to the spindle nut () and detects an axial displacement of the threaded spindle () and the spindle nut () relative to each other. The spindle nut () is supported so that it can rotate about the spindle axis on a housing () with the sensor element ().
