Disclosed is a turbine arrangement for a supercharging device. The turbine arrangement comprises a turbine housing, a turbine wheel and a guide device. The turbine housing defines a turbine spiral and a turbine outlet. The turbine wheel is arranged in the turbine housing between the turbine spiral and the turbine outlet. The guide device comprises a carrier ring and multiple guide blades. The guide blades are arranged on the carrier ring fixedly in a predetermined orientation. The guide device is arranged in an inflow channel between the turbine spiral and the turbine wheel such that, during operation, fluids are conducted from the turbine spiral through the inflow channel over the guide blades onto the turbine wheel.

Guide blade for a guide device

Adjustment ring for a variable turbine geometry

A lever for a VTG guide vane arrangement of a radial turbine with a main body with a fork-shaped coupling section with two limbs. A wear-resistant contact block is arranged on an inner side of at least one of the limbs. The wear-resistant contact block is designed for operative engagement with an adjusting ring of the VTG guide van arrangement, giving rise to the effect of increased wear resistance at least in the region of the engagement with the VTG guide vane arrangement. Turbocharger with variable turbine geometry

A turbine arrangement for an exhaust gas turbocharger includes a turbine housing, a turbine wheel that is arranged in the turbine housing and has an axis of rotation, and a variable turbine geometry arrangement (VTG arrangement). The VTG arrangement includes a bearing ring, a disc, multiple vanes rotatably mounted in the bearing ring, and a contour sleeve that is coupled with the disc. The turbine housing comprises an axial stop, against which the contour sleeve stops in order to secure the VTG arrangement in an axial direction within the turbine housing.

A variable turbine geometry (VTG) exhaust-gas turbocharger in which guide vanes are adjusted by means of a unison ring, the structure of which has a simpler and thus more cost-effective design. The number of components is reduced, for example for rollers on pins as are provided in the case of known bearings. A very beneficial relationship between friction radius and rolling radius in the given installation space is obtained.
