A measuring a closed-loop fluid transfer system is provided that includes a measuring adapter having a first end and a second ends, and a chamber located there between and configured to hold a volume of fluid. The measuring adapter includes a first receiving valve assembly located at the first end of the measuring adapter. The first receiving valve assembly includes a receiving valve member, at least a portion of which is separable from a portion of the first receiving valve assembly. This creates an opening that provides fluid communication to the chamber when a force is exerted on the receiving valve member of the first receiving valve assembly. A second valve assembly located at the second end of the measuring adapter includes a valve member. At least a portion of the valve member of the second valve assembly is separable from a portion of the second valve assembly to create an opening that provides fluid communication to the chamber.

The present disclosure provides a metered dosing assembly configured to dispense a volume of fluid into a container that is selectively sealed by a closure valve having a closure valve member that is movable between sealed and unsealed positions with respect to the container. The metered dosing assembly includes a housing having an interior cavity. A valve is locatable at an end of the housing. The valve includes a valve member, a pin extending from the valve member, and at least one spring leg attachable to the valve member. The pin extends from the valve member and is configured to engage the closure valve member of the closure valve to move the closure valve member to the unsealed position and move the valve member to an open position with respect to the housing. When the valve member is moved to the open position and the closure valve member is moved to the unsealed position, fluid communication is made between the metered dosing assembly and the container.

An expanded flow rate receiver valve assembly attaches to a first fluid container and is in fluid communication with the first fluid container. The expanded flow rate receiver valve assembly includes a coupling section that selectively receives a closure valve attached to a second fluid container that selectively releases and restricts fluid contained in the second fluid container. The expanded flow rate receiver valve assembly also includes a valve chamber in fluid communication with the coupling section and located adjacent a coupling section opening. The valve chamber is in fluid communication with the first fluid container.

The universal closure valve adapter includes a closure valve assembly that is attachable to a closure valve assembly of a second container. A flange transversely extending from the closure valve assembly of the first container. The flange includes a plurality of tank neck engagement assemblies. Each of the plurality of tank neck engagement assemblies are spaced apart from each other about the flange.

A double diaphragm pump is provided. The pump includes an inlet manifold, an outlet manifold, an air valve housing, first and second diaphragm housings, and a collar. The inlet manifold has at least one passageway configured to direct fluid from an inlet port on the inlet manifold. The outlet manifold has at least one passageway configured to direct fluid to an outlet port on the outlet manifold. Each of the housings is in selective fluid communication with the inlet and outlet manifolds. The collar is configured to be rotatably attached to the inlet manifold and the pump.

A pump assembly having an air motor includes a valve connected to a motive fluid inlet of the air motor. The valve shifts between a first position, in which a flow of motive fluid is directed into a pilot port, through a two way pilot conduit and into a pilot chamber portion, and a second position, in which the flow of motive fluid is inhibited from flowing into the pilot port through the two way pilot conduit and into the pilot chamber portion, and in which fluid in the pilot chamber portion flows out through the two way pilot conduit and is directed by the valve to exhaust. The valve is connected to a programmable logic controller, so that the valve is shifted between the first position and the second position in response to the programmable logic controller.

A pump assembly including an air motor includes a pressure regulator assembly connected to a motive fluid inlet of the air motor. The pressure regulator assembly has a housing that contains an actuator assembly, a ball valve assembly, a bleed valve, a first pressure adjustment assembly, and a second adjustment assembly. The housing includes a motive fluid inlet port, a pressure regulator outlet, a bleed valve port, an actuator support, a pressure adjustment chamber, and a ball valve chamber. The pressure regulator assembly includes at least one gauge that displays at least one measurement parameter.

An air motor for a pump assembly including a drop tube communicating between an upper chamber port and a top plate port and including a longitudinal axis that is at an angle of between about 0&#xb0; and 10&#xb0; with respect to each of the upper chamber longitudinal axis and the top plate port longitudinal axis. The drop tube has a substantially constant internal diameter, a first generally bulbous end, a second generally bulbous end, and first and second slots defined in the respective first and second bulbous ends. First and second seals are positioned in the respective first and second slots, and the first and second seals air-tightly seal an outer surface of the drop tube within the upper chamber port and the top plate port.
