A liquid pump/motor combination powered by an electric motor, preferably, an oil pump or reducing-agent pump with an electric motor, a positive displacement pump and a bearing shield arranged between the electric motor and the positive displacement pump. The liquid pump/motor combination comprises a positive displacement pump; an electric motor; and a bearing shield having a contact face, the bearing shield arranged between the electric motor and the positive displacement pump. A spherical bearing is accommodated in the bearing shield, the spherical bearing, under application of a force, being able to swivel to a limited extent. A connecting shaft is accommodated in the spherical bearing. The connecting shaft is positioned between the electric motor and the pump. An annular bearing gap, filled with liquid, is between the inside diameter of the spherical bearing and the connecting shaft. The arrangement functions as a hydrodynamic sliding bearing.

Liquid pump/electric motor combination

Pump having an integrated electronically commutated direct current motor

An actuating drive having a housing which comprises receptacles for a step-down gear mechanism and for a very small electric motor, wherein the motor receptacle is connected to a terminal cover. The very small electric motor is held securely without play. The terminal cover comprises a conductor stamping which is encapsulated with plastic material and has motor contact areas which interengage with connection lugs of the very small electric motor, and in that the baffle plate has retaining regions which interengage with housing elements on the housing.

A rotary pump with a plastic pump housing, that can be processed by injection molding, with a first housing part defining a pump space, which is connected to a second intermediate housing part accommodating an electric motor with a wound core stator. The rotary pump includes a plastic split core, the wound claw pole stator being mounted on the split core and a permanent magnetic rotor being mounted to rotate within the split core. A plastic motor housing part defines a motor space, wherein at least three axial and parallel split core ribs are provided between the split core and the claw pole stator, the ribs being distributed about the periphery of the split core at predetermined angles relative to each other. A return ring has first and second end sections, the return ring being connected to the wound claw pole stator, so that the first and second end sections are welded to each other. The stator is press-fit onto the split core via the ribs. At least three axial-parallel housing ribs protrude radially inward and are formed with the motor housing part, the axial-parallel housing ribs being distributed on the inside periphery of the motor housing part. Finally, the stator is press-fit into the motor housing part via the housing ribs.

A centrifugal pump with an existing pump housing made of plastic material that can be processed through injection molding, the pump housing having a first housing section featuring a suction nozzle and a pressure nozzle, a second housing section supporting an electronically commutated DC motor and a split case, a motor housing section that closes a dry chamber separated from a wet chamber by the split case in which a stator and electronic components are arranged, and a permanent magnet rotor that is mounted in the wet chamber in such a way that it can rotate, thereby driving a pump impeller that reaches into the pump chamber. The electronic components are arranged on an electronic circuit board parallel to a base of the split case. The electronic circuit board is in heat conducting contact with the base.

Centrifugal pump

A centrifugal pump comprising a pump housing made of injection-molded plastics with a first housing part, which is designed as a single piece with a suction connection and a pressure connection, and comprises a sealing area, by means of which said first housing part is joined in a liquid-tight manner to a second housing part, that receives an electric motor, and a motor housing part. In this centrifugal pump, very good leak tightness is achieved with minimum number of parts, minimum weight and minimum assembly costs with universal applicability without impairing the visual overall impression of the centrifugal pump. This objective is achieved in that the second housing part is made of a material that is permeable to laser light of a wavelength or a wavelength range, and the first housing part is made of a material that absorbs the same laser light, and the first housing part and the second housing part are heat-sealed to one another.

The invention relates to an electric motor comprising a permanent magnet rotor, which is supported rotationally about a central axis, a wound stator having a cylinder ring-shaped stator winding, claw poles, which are disposed perpendicularly to ring disc-shaped stator plates and around the central axis, and a cylinder jacket-shaped yoke ring, the length of the claw poles in the axially parallel direction being clearly greater than half the inner diameter of the stator. It is the object of the invention to provide an electric motor, in which the stator is composed of the least number of components, requires simple assembly and has a robust structure and optimum efficiency, thereby enabling greater design flexibility, usability of installation space and thus an economic construction. This objective is solved according to the invention in that the magnetically conductive part of the stator comprises a cylinder jacket-shaped yoke ring and two ring disc-shaped stator plates, the stator plates are each designed as a single piece with a plurality of claw poles and the ring disc-shaped stator plates comprise ends, which are connected to one another.

Electric motor

The invention relates to an electric motor having a permanent magnetic rotor supported in a rotatable fashion around a central axis, a wound stator with a cylindrical stator winding, claw poles, perpendicular in reference to the disc-shaped stator plates and arranged around the central axis, and a tubular return ring connected to the stator plates free from play. The object of the invention is to provide an electric motor, in which the stator is composed from as few parts as possible, with its assembly being simple, its construction being robust, and being provided with an optimum effectiveness, allowing a great freedom of design and space used and thus an economical structure. This object is attained according to the invention in the disc-shaped stator plates being in one piece with the claw poles and being calked to the return ring with the disc-shaped stator plates.

A permanent magnet rotor having a shaft, a hollow cylindrical permanent magnet and an elastic connecting medium between the shaft and the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet is arranged co-axially around the shaft to ensure that the permanent magnet is mounted securely, that it is not damaged during large temperature fluctuations, and that it is not deflected impermissibly from the axis of rotation in case of heavy radial load. A simple installation process uses a mechanical connection between the shaft and the permanent magnet. This task is performed by virtue of the fact that an elastic connecting medium is arranged along the periphery of the shaft at several first areas in which the distance between the shaft and the permanent magnet is enlarged. These first areas are separated from the second areas in which the distance between the shaft and the permanent magnet is minimized but not zero.
