A wastewater-lifting system and a method for operating a wastewater-lifting system guides wastewater loaded with bulky materials into a bulky material collection tank having at least one separating screen. During intake of wastewater, the bulky materials are retained in the bulky material collection tank and pre-cleaned wastewater passes into a liquid collection tank via a connection line and one or both of a pump and a bypass line connected to the connection line. During the wastewater intake a pivoting flap in the connection line closes flow to the pump except for a flushing cross section, and opens the bypass line. During a pumping operation, the pivoting flap opens the connection line from the pump and closes the bypass line.

Method for operating a wastewater-lifting system

A pump assembly for delivering a medium via a flow chamber () defined by a hydraulic housing and a housing cover, includes a pump shaft rotatably drivable about an axis of rotation, an impeller fixed to one end of the pump shaft inside the flow chamber, a bearing carrier. The pump assembly further includes a lubrication and cooling system with oil recirculation in the bearing carrier.

A wastewater-lifting system is provided. The wastewater-lifting system includes at least one bulky-material-collecting vessel for wastewater loaded with bulky materials which is guided therethrough, a liquid-collecting vessel for the wastewater which is freed from bulky materials and precleaned in the bulky-material-collecting vessel, and with a wastewater shaft for accommodating the bulky-material-collecting vessel and the liquid-collecting vessel. The liquid-collecting vessel and the wastewater shaft have at least one common wall surface. The liquid-collecting vessel defines a closed-off space with only a partially covered base surface in the wastewater shaft, and is equipped for this purpose with at least one wall surface independent of the wastewater shaft.

A stirrer stand () for a submersible motor stirrer () composed of at least one base part () and a receiving part () for the submersible motor stirrer beyond which a guide member extends, which is used for guiding the submersible motor during assembly, the entire stirrer stand being produced from a single vibration-damping material.

A guiding device for submersible motor agitators having a guiding tube and a sliding carriage for carrying a submersible motor agitator. The guiding tube is held in a pivotable lower mount and in an upper mount composed of a bracket and an adjusting lug, and the angular position of the guiding tube can be adjusted via the adjusting lug. The sliding carriage, the adjustment lug and any optional connecting lug are dimensioned in such a way that the sliding carriage carrying the submersible motor agitator can be removed from the guiding tube without disassembling the guiding device.

Centrifugal pump

An impeller of a centrifugal pump for transporting dirty liquids has transport elements, for example back-vanes or grooves disposed on the pressure side of a cover disk. The transport elements are arranged asymmetrically and are limited to one arc sector of the cover disk to create a transverse stream that rotates with the impeller. Solids which have penetrated into the space to the side of the wheel are carried out by this stream in the direction of the transport elements.
