A method and a device for hot-filling a liquid product with a flash pasteurizer comprising a first and a second heat exchanger, a filling station, a cooling tunnel for cooling filled containers, and a heat pump. Prior to the filling process, the product is heated to a target temperature in the flash pasteurizer. Coolant is conducted from the cooling tunnel to the second heat exchanger, so that at least a part of the thermal energy of the coolant can be transferred to the product. The product is then conducted from the first to the second heat exchanger, wherein a further part of the thermal energy can be transferred to the second heat exchanger by the heat pump using a heat transfer medium to heat the product to the target temperature. The heat transfer medium is additionally heated by a heater arranged between the heat pump and the second heat exchanger.

Method and device for hot-filling a liquid product

An apparatus for filling a vessel with a multicomponent filling product includes a filler having at least one filling unit set up to introduce the filling product into the vessel, and a filler tank set up for intermediate buffering of the filling product and in fluid connection with the filling unit via a product conduit to supply the filling unit with the filling product; and a mixer set up to blend the filling product from at least two filling product components, wherein the mixer has a circulation conduit; and the mixer has at least one dosage branch set up to introduce one filling product component into the circulation conduit, wherein the mixer has a heat exchanger set up to adjust the temperature of the filling product in the circulation conduit.

Apparatus for filling a vessel with a filling product

A device for pasteurizing and filling medium into containers includes a short time heating system for pasteurizing the medium, a single buffer container downstream of the short time heating system for receiving the medium, and a rotary filling device downstream of the buffer container. The filling device is connected to the buffer container in a buffer-free manner and pipes and/or one or more rotary distributors are disposed between the filling device and the buffer container. A method for pasteurizing and filling medium into containers, where filling the containers with the medium is performed by way of a device in a buffer-free manner using a filling device, includes: pasteurizing the medium in the short time heating system, buffering the pasteurized medium in the buffer container, and filling the pasteurized medium into the containers. The pasteurized medium is transported in a buffer-free manner from the buffer container to the filling device.

An apparatus for cracking gases with a supply line () for a carbon-containing gas, by means of which the gas is capable of being supplied to a first heat exchanger () with a fill of a thermal storage mass, a first combustion chamber () which is arranged downstream in the direction of flow of the gas and which, in particular, has a supply device capable of being regulated for another oxygen-containing gas, by means of which a partial oxidation of the carbon-containing gas is carried out by the hypostoichiometric supply of oxygen, and a reactor () which is arranged downstream of the first combustion chamber () in the direction of flow of the gas which has a fill of a catalytically acting material for the catalytic splitting of impurities of the carbon-containing gas. According to the invention a second combustion chamber () with a supply device&#x2014;in particular capable of being regulated&#x2014;for an oxygen-containing gas, by means of which a partial oxidation of the catalytically prepared carbon-containing gas is carried out by the hypostoichiometric supply of oxygen, is arranged downstream of the reactor () in the direction of flow of the carbon-containing gas, and a second heat exchanger () with a fill of a thermal storage mass is arranged downstream of this combustion chamber in the direction of flow of the gas, wherein the direction of flow of the carbon-containing gas is capable of being reversed at least in a region which encloses the first and second heat exchanger (), the first and second combustion chamber () and the reactor ().
