Light boards including one or more light emitting elements (e.g. light emitting diode (LED) devices) for use in lighting fixtures are disclosed. In one example implementation, a light board includes a first layer having a first surface and an opposing second surface. The light board includes one or more light emitting elements disposed on the first surface of the first layer. The light board includes one or more circuit elements located on the second surface of the first layer. The one or more circuit elements are associated with powering the one or more light emitting elements. The light board includes a second layer disposed on the second surface of the first layer such that the one or more circuit elements are located between the second surface of the first layer and the second layer.

Light board for lighting fixture

A light board for a light fixture includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion includes at least one light emitting element, and the second portion includes at least one light emitting element. A first state is defined by the second portion being coupled to the first portion and a second state is defined by the second portion being detached from the first portion. In the first state, the light emitting elements of the first portion and the second portion are configured to provide an evenly distributed light output along at least the combined length of the first portion and the second portion. In the second state, the at least one light emitting element of the first portion is configured to provide an evenly distributed light output along at least the length of the first portion.

Light board

Multiphase lighting fixtures having one or more light emitting diode (LED) light sources are provided. In one example implementation, a light fixture includes one or more light sources, such as LED light sources and a power conversion circuit. The power conversion circuit includes a phase shifting transformer for implementing a phase shift between output phases of secondary windings thereof, a multi-phase rectifier having a first rectifier and a second rectifier connected in parallel for converting a multiphase input power to a rectified output or a six-pulse configuration, a zero sequence blocking transformer for reducing harmonic distortion, an interphase transformer for further reducing harmonic distortion, and a current regulator for providing a constant DC current output to the one or more light sources. In some example implementations, the DC rectified output has a voltage ripple of less than about 7%, or less than about 3%.

Multiphase light fixture

Systems and methods for balancing voltage in LED circuits are provided. An LED circuit can have a plurality of LED strings coupled in parallel with one another. Each LED string can include a plurality of LED devices coupled in series. The LED strings can receive a driver current from a driver circuit. According to example embodiments of the present disclosure, at least one of the plurality of LED strings can include a constant current regulator circuit coupled in series with the LED string. The constant current regulator circuit can provide a constant current through the LED string. The balance or remainder of the driver current can be provided to the other LED string. The constant current regulator circuit can provide for voltage balancing among the plurality of parallel LED strings.
