The invention relates to a method for producing an at least partially coated object, comprising the step of producing the object from a construction material by means of an additive manufacturing method, the construction material comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane material. Following the production of the object, the method comprises the step of at least partially bringing a preparation into contact with the object, the preparation being selected from: an aqueous polyurethane dispersion; an aqueous dispersion of a polymer comprising OH groups, this dispersion also containing a compound comprising NCO groups; an aqueous preparation of a compound containing NCO groups, but not containing any polymers comprising OH groups; or a combination of at least two thereof. The invention also relates to an at least partially coated object that was obtained by a method according to the invention.

Method for producing an at least partially coated object

The present invention relates to an article comprising expanded thermoplastic polyurethane as a substrate and a specific polyurethane urea coating on said substrate, as well as footwear, a process for producing the article and a use of a polyurethane urea dispersion/solution. It has been found that a polyurethane urea coating comprising polycarbonate structural units strongly binds to expanded TPU substrates and maintains the intrinsic properties of the expanded TPU.

The invention relates to a method for producing a three-dimensional object, the outer surface of which has at least one surface section that is generated in that, by means of an additive production method (layer-building forming method), initially a surface section is produced on a flat base plate () in two-dimensional form, comprising the following steps: I) applying at least one curable polymer or curable reaction resin with a respective elastic modulus according to DIN 53504 (effective: 18 Apr. 2015) in the cured state, of &#x3c;250 MPa in fluid form, as material webs onto a flat base plate () by means of a layer-building forming method in order to produce a first layer (); II) applying a second layer () onto the first layer () by means of the same or another layer-building forming method, like in step I); III) optionally applying between 1 and 48 additional layers according to step II), wherein each new layer is applied onto the respective previous layer; IV) curing the layers; V) releasing the cured surface section from the flat base plate (); VI) forming the cured surface section into a three-dimensional object; and VII) securing the three-dimensional object.

The invention relates to a method for coating textiles and/or leather, comprising applying at least one polyurethane urea dissolved in a solvent or solvent mixture, wherein the solvent consists of one or more monohydroxy-functional alcohols, or a solvent mixture consisting of organic solvents, containing &#x3e;80 wt. % of at least one monohydroxy-functional alcohol in relation to the total mass of the solvent mixture is used, and wherein the polyurethane urea is formed by: a) at least one araliphatic, aliphatic and/or cycloaliphatic diisocyanate; b) at least one polyether polyol having a number average molecular weight M&#x2265;400 and &#x2264;6000 g/mol and an average hydroxyl functionality of &#x2265;1.5 and &#x2264;4; c) at least one amino-functional compound having at least two isocyanate reactive amino groups; and optionally other components. The invention also concerns the use of such an aqueous polyurethane dispersion for coatings, a method of manufacturing a coated substrate and to a coated substrate.
