A computer-implemented system and method for annotating or signing an electronic document are provided. The method includes steps of: receiving or retrieving an electronic document available for annotation or execution by one or more parties; transmitting the electronic document for display on a first computing device to the first computing device at a first location; authenticating an identity of a first user of the first computing device; receiving electronic signals representing an user input of the first user from the first computing device; generating digital data representative of an indicia based the user input of the first user from the first computing device; and applying the digital data to the electronic document to form a first annotation or signature from the first user.

Systems and methods for executing and delivering electronic documents

A system and method for generating a limited edition of a signed object for an artist are disclosed. The system may include: 1) an electronic database storing electronic data representative of a plurality of handwritten signatures and a plurality of handwritten numbers of the artist associated with an artist ID; 2) a signing component; and 3) a server comprising a processor configured to: a) detect or receive an object for signing; b) determine signature information regarding the object; c) determine and obtain a composition of a composite signature, the composite signature comprising a handwritten signature, the edition number associated with the object, and the total number of limited editions of the object; d) determine a location and a size for the composite signature; and e) apply the composite signature on the object, by the signing component, based on the determined location and size of the composite signature.

System and method for providing authentic signatures on demand

A method is provided for enabling the signing/dedication of information objects including a celebrity accessing a signature/dedication queue of information objects, the celebrity, by operation of a signature/dedication utility associating a signature/dedication of the one or more information objects, and distributing the information object(s) to the intended buyer/recipient such that the system is operable to validate that the celebrity signed/dedicated the information object(s) delivered to the buyer/recipient. The system of the present invention includes a computer device associated with a celebrity for capturing his/her handwriting and a signature utility linked to the computer device and to a server computer, for presenting one or more information objects to the celebrity, and for each information object enabling the celebrity to create a signing/dedication of the information object, the signature utility associating the signing/dedication to the information object, and being operable to enable the validation that the celebrity signed/dedicated the particular information object.
