In this air induction module, the induction pipe has two separate induction pipe bodies () with induction pipe sections that, together, form the induction pipes. The second induction pipe body (), which can be attached to the cylinder head of the combustion engine, contains, in its induction pipe sections, a pulse charging valve () with an associated actuator. In addition to the pulse charging valves, the control electronics thereof can be integrated in the air induction module.

The present invention is a supplementary control valve device including a valve body, which may be reversibly displaced in a guide, in the direction of the longitudinal axis, between an opening solenoid and a closing solenoid. The magnetic yoke of the opening solenoid includes at least one extension, with direct contact with a web, connected to the guide on the end thereof facing away from the extension.

The present invention relates to a cover unit which includes a cover made of an aluminum alloy. The cover has a wall thickness of 1 to 2 mm and has at least one hollow pin on one side as well as an aperture. A plate-shaped plastic part provided with holes and a plug which projects through the aperture and is connected to the cover via at least one hollow pin. When attached, the plastic part holes engage the hollow pin(s) and the pin(s) are deformed so as to ensure a secure attachment. The invention also relates to a method of making the cover unit described above.

A method for arranging a valve element in an additional control valve device includes provides that, after a first position has been set, a valve plate is pushed onto the stem until the valve plate contacts the stop of a trapping magnet. The valve plate is then connected to the stem. This ensures that the fabrication tolerances are completely compensated by virtue of the first valve spring and the guiding of the valve element. After the second counter bearing has been secured in the guide, the holding of the first counter bearing in the previously determined first position is cancelled, which is then generally carried out by removing the tappet from the guide. After this has been done, the valve element automatically assumes a central position between the gantry magnet and the trapping magnet in the currentless state of the additional control valve device owing to the spring forces which then act.

The invention relates to an electromotive drive comprising an electric motor, having a driving pinion which meshes with a toothed wheel to form a first gear speed. A worm is connected to an output shaft of the toothed wheel in a fixed manner, enabling a worm wheel to be driven. The worm and the worm wheel form a second gear speed, and the shaft of the worm wheel forms the output shaft of the electromotive drive. The output shaft of the electromotive drive can be rotatably driven between a starting position and an end position. When the electric motor is not fed by a current, the output shaft of the toothed wheel can be rotatably driven by a pull-back spring in the rotational direction towards the starting position. The second gear speed is a non-self-locking gear speed.

The present invention relates to an actuating device with an electromotive rotary drive, via which an actuating element can be driven rotatably about an axis of rotation between a first end position and a second end position and can be acted upon out of the first end position by a spring. The electromotive actuating drive includes a reversing drive and the spring action upon the actuating element is effective between the first end position and an intermediate position. The spring action is ineffective between the intermediate position and the second end position. The intermediate position lies between the first end position and the second end position.
