A device for collecting a sample and for depositing the sample in a sample-receiving port of a measuring apparatus comprises a first connection element () with three connections for fluid, and a second connection element (), and a hollow needle () for collecting and depositing the sample. A first feed line () for a first washing liquid is connected via a first pump to a first connection for fluid of the first connection element ().
