Provided are methods and systems for delivering a treatment fluid to a wellsite. An example method includes receiving a container containing a treatment fluid component from a treatment fluid component supplier. The method further includes introducing the treatment fluid component into a wellbore from the container by pumping the treatment fluid component out of the container and into the wellbore. The treatment fluid component is not transferred to another container during the receiving or the introducing.

Storage, transport, and delivery of well treatments

A method includes monitoring work done by a piece of equipment to generate backward-looking usage data. The method includes making a prediction of future work to be done by the piece of equipment, generating forward-looking usage data based on the prediction of future work, and making a prediction of when the piece of equipment is expected to fail based on the backward-looking usage data and on the forward-looking usage data. The method includes operating the piece of equipment after performing the prediction, and removing the piece of equipment from service prior to when the piece of equipment is expected to fail based on the prediction.

A valve module comprising: a cylindrical canister containing a valve assembly for a high pressure pump, wherein the valve assembly comprises a valve body and a valve seat, wherein the valve module provides a fluid flow path from an inlet to an outlet of the valve module from one side of the valve seat along a central axis of the valve module to the other side of the valve seat along the central axis and between the valve body and the valve seat when the valve assembly is in an open configuration, and does not provide the fluid flow path when the valve assembly is in a closed configuration.

A flow exchanger (FE) system comprising: a supplement pump receiving a supplement first fluid stream and outputting a pressurized supplement first fluid stream; a flow splitter comprising a flow restrictor, wherein the flow splitter receives the pressurized supplement first fluid stream and outputs a power stream and a treatment stream; a main flow manifold, wherein the treatment stream enters the main flow manifold subsequent to passing through the flow restrictor; and an FE cylinder filled downstream with a second fluid and having a fluid interface separator (FIS), wherein the power stream enters the FE cylinder upstream; wherein the power stream engages and pushes FIS downstream, thereby providing for a second fluid stream entering the main flow manifold; wherein a second fluid stream VFR=a power stream VFR; and wherein the main flow manifold provides for a manifold output fluid stream VFR=a pressurized supplement first fluid stream VFR.

Flow exchanger system, trans-pressure conduction system for high pressure sand slurry delivery system

A hose assembly for a pump comprising a pressurized hose, wherein the pressurized hose is exposed to pressure during at least a part of the operation of the pump, and a leak detection system comprising an outer hose concentrically positioned about at least a portion of the pressurized hose such that an annular chamber exists between the pressurized hose and the outer hose, whereby a leak of the pressurized hose can be detected by monitoring the hose assembly and/or a leak sensor associated therewith.
