A stylet includes an elongate body defining a passage and at least one aperture in fluid communication with the passage. The stylet also includes a first blocking dam secured to the elongate body proximal to the at least one aperture and a second blocking dam secured to the elongate body distal to the at least one aperture. The stylet is movable within a lumen of a catheter to a position in which the first and second blocking dams are, respectively, proximal and distal to at least one side opening of the catheter and each of the first and second blocking dams is sealingly engaged with an inner surface of the catheter such that fluid introduced into the lumen, from the passage and through the at least one aperture of the stylet, is directed through the at least one side opening of the catheter.

Devices, assemblies, systems, and techniques described herein may facilitate the closure of hollow anatomical structures (e.g., veins) with adhesive delivered within the hollow anatomical structure. For example, a medical assembly may include a plurality of medial compression members extending from a central body in a first direction, each medial compression member of the plurality of medial compression members comprising a first attachment element, and a plurality of lateral compression members extending from the central body in a second direction different than the first direction, each lateral compression member of the plurality of lateral compression members comprising a second attachment element. Each first attachment mechanism may be configured to attach to the respective second attachment element to create a respective loop configuration with a respective medial compression member and lateral compression member pair to compress a portion of the limb of the patient.

Systems and methods for use medical procedures including catheters and stylets are disclosed. The catheter includes a wall having an inner surface and an outer surface, the inner surface defining a lumen, and the wall defining at least one side opening from the outer surface to the inner surface. The stylet includes an elongate body defining a passage and at least one aperture in fluid communication with the passage. The stylet also includes a first blocking dam secured to the elongate body proximal to the at least one aperture and a second blocking dam secured to the elongate body distal to the at least one aperture. The stylet is movable within the lumen to a position in which the first and second blocking dams are, respectively, proximal and distal to the at least one side opening of the catheter and each of the first and second blocking dams is sealingly engaged with the inner surface of the catheter such that fluid introduced into the lumen, from the passage and through the at least one aperture of the stylet, is directed through the at least one side opening of the catheter.

A pool for supporting a table and chairs within a volume of water. The inventive device includes a bottom panel having a perimeter sidewall projecting upwardly therefrom. A central sidewall is concentrically positioned relative to the perimeter sidewall and projects from the bottom wall and about a central aperture directed therethrough. An anchor is positioned within the central wall for receiving an umbrella post to permit central positioning of a table and radially spaced positioning of chairs within the pool.
