The connection device () according to the invention has a locking head () that can be locked to an opening () of a container wall (). A clamping device () is also provided on the corresponding coupling piece (), which serves to tighten the head () locked to the container wall () without a rotational movement against the container wall (). The clamping device () can be designed as a wedge-clamping device (). The latter permits generation of large clamping forces with small operating forces. The clamping device () is preferably secured by a locking device (), so that vibration-proof connection resistant to temperature changes is achieved during simple assembly.

Locking plug-in connection device

A flexible corrugated hose fitting, which is particularly provided for high-pressure installations, such as air conditioning installations using CO2 as the refrigerant, has a connecting element, which can be snapped together with the interior corrugated pipe of the flexible corrugated hose. In addition, the connecting element has sealing elements, which come into sealing contact with the corrugated pipe. Following the area receiving the sealing elements, the connecting element has a cone, which is used as a clamping section. An exterior squeeze ring, or other squeeze element, is used for pressing the exposed end of the corrugated pipe against the clamping section. A pressing sleeve is used for pressing, which drives the squeeze ring by a wedge effect inward. It has an appropriate conical interior surface. The squeeze ring moreover extends over the sheathing. For further securing of the connection, the pressing sleeve can be pressed together here with the sheathing by an appropriate deformation. The pressing sleeve can alternatively be provided with an interior thread in this area, which cuts into the sheathing.

Flexible corrugated hose fitting

A quick-fitting pipe union is proposed with an insertion component, a socket component and at least one sealing element. The sealing element ( ) excels by virtue of the feature that it comprises a connecting section ( ) and two lips ( ) that extend outward from the connecting section ( ).

Quick-fitting coupling

A coupling arrangement connects two elements with each other. The coupling arrangement includes a plug element and a bushing element which are configured in such a manner that they can be plugged together and locked in position by means of an expandable retaining ring. An axially movable release arrangement cooperates with the retaining ring in order to release the locking mechanism. The coupling arrangement is characterized in that the release arrangement ( ) comprises a release sleeve ( ), which can be closed with a cover ( ) on its side facing away from the bushing element ( ), and that a blocking device ( ) is used to prevent an inadvertent release of the coupling.

A coupling assembly for connecting two tubular elements, in particular ends of two tubes of an air-conditioning system, includes two inter-engaging locking parts which, for the purpose of achieving a locked position, can be rotated with respect to one another and can be displaced with respect to one another in the axial direction. The locking parts utilize a bayonet locking feature and include at least two sub-elements, the sub-elements being fixed in the radial direction by two inter-engaging sleeves.

Arrangement for connecting two tubular elements

This invention relates to a coupling device to connect two tubular elements, preferably a hose with a tube, with one male coupling element (,) and one female coupling element (,) that are formed so that they can be inserted in one another and can be locked by means of an expandable split clip (,). An axially movable release device (,) interacts with the split clip to release the lock. The invention is characterized by the fact that the release device (,) has an indicator element which indicates a connection between the two coupling elements (,).
