A wall panel system may include a bottom drop seal assembly that maintains a constant force relative to a floor portion of an environment through a damper. The wall panel system may include an automatic top seal assembly that seals a gap between the movable wall panel system and a ceiling of the environment. The moveable wall panel system may include multiple panels and a plurality of seals positioned between adjacent panels to seal a gap between the adjacent panels.

Panel seal systems

A movable wall panel system may include a bottom drop seal assembly that maintains a constant force relative to a floor portion of an environment through a damper. The movable wall panel system may include an automatic top seal assembly that seals a gap between the movable wall panel system and a ceiling of the environment. The moveable wall panel system may include multiple panels and a plurality of seals positioned between adjacent panels to seal a gap between the adjacent panels.

A movable wall system includes a plurality of movable wall panels including a first movable wall panel and a second moveable wall panel rotatably coupled together through at least one hinge. The movable wall system further includes a biasing system which biases the first movable wall panel and the second movable wall panel into an arrangement wherein a panel face of the first movable wall panel and a panel face of the second moveable wall panel are generally parallel.

Anti-float systems and methods

The present invention involves a latch mechanism and method that prevents the leading operable wall panel of an operable wall panel system from moving out of alignment with the track of a track and trolley system as the lead operable wall panel unfolds and extends from a stacked orientation to a straightened orientation. The latch mechanism includes a catch member to catch a latch pin depending down from the trolley of the track and trolley system. When the catch member catches the latch pin, a resilient biasing member of the latch mechanism operates to lock the latch mechanism about the latch pin. As a result, the lead operable wall panel is locked into a straightened orientation.

Latch assembly system for operable wall panels

An inverted trolley assembly mounted in an upper channel of a movable wall panel. The inverted trolley includes an elongated trolley carrier having a centrally attached trolley block and a bore at each end to receive the axle of a roller assembly. Each roller assembly includes spacers to center the roller on the axles. The inverted trolley is connectable to a track mounted trolley, preferably by a threaded hole which receives a pendant bolt from the track mounted trolley. The inverted trolley is installed within a channel at the upper end of the wall panel with the rollers engaging the wall panel top frame thus supporting the wall panel. The panel top frame includes a slot through which connection to the track mounted trolley is made. The assembly also includes a trolley retainer which limits the range of motion of the inverted trolley.

The present invention provides a track concealment system for use with a movable wall system having movable walls, a track and a trolley. The invention includes a pair of panels, each sized to conceal a portion of the track, and a pair of brackets each having a first portion attachable to the track and a second portion configured to support an edge of a corresponding panel. When supported by the second portion, the panels are arranged such that the edge of said panel is adjacent the connecting member thereby concealing the track.

Track concealing system for operable walls

The present invention involves a flattener apparatus for a movable wall system that eliminates misalignment, drifting and binding of the wall panels in the extended wall-forming position. The flattener apparatus holds movable wall panels of a movable wall panel system in an extended aligned orientation along the length of the track thereof. The flattener apparatus includes a flattener member extending along a portion of the track. The flattener member has a base flange attached at the bottom of the track assembly and a relatively transverse guide flange depending vertically downward from the base flange. A sealing sweep extends along a portion of the top end of the movable wall panels. A guide pin protrudes from the top end of the movable wall panels. The sealing sweep and the guide pin define opposite sides of a vertical channel for receiving the guide flange portion of the flattener member as the wall panels are extended toward the portion of the track having the flattener member attached.

Flattener apparatus for a movable wall system

A mounting bracket for an invisible hinge of an operable wall includes upper and lower end portions for attachment of the bracket to the edge frame of the operable wall. The end portions include vertical slots to allow for vertical adjustment of the wall. Holes for locking screws are also provided the secure position of the wall after adjustment. The mounting bracket, includes a recessed portion to receive the main body of the invisible hinge. The bracket may also include an acoustic coating or an optional hinge encapsulating acoustic boot to provide improved sound barrier characteristics for the operable wall.

Mounting apparatus for concealed hinge of operable wall

The blower/ignition/electrical system supplies the air, spark, and electrical power to facilitate and control the fuel combustion in a heat exchanger for devices which output a fluid, such as a pressure washer. The system is belt driven as an intricate part of the mechanical power system used for the fluid pressure pump. The flange/magnet hub spins past the ignition coil which in turn produces a high voltage electrical source. This potential is applied across the electrode gap to ignite a fuel. The flange magnet hub also spins past a stator coil assembly which in turn produces an alternating current. This current can be rectified or left unrectified, and is wired to a switch. When the switch is activated, the current path is through the safety control devices (such as temperature control, pressure switch or flow switch) and the fuel solenoid valve which controls the fuel flow into the combustion chamber. With the air, ignition spark, and fuel supplied and controlled in the combustion chamber, fuel combustion can now occur.

Pressure washer blower ignition electrical system

An apparatus and method for injecting a chemical upstream of a pressure washer includes an injector valve comprising a housing having a passageway through which the wash stream flows. The injector is installed upstream of the pressure washer pump. A chemical inlet is formed downstream from an adjustable orifice which causes the chemical to be drawn into the passageway through the chemical inlet. The injector also includes a plunger in which the adjustable orifice is formed. By moving the plunger, the passageway can be opened or blocked allowing the chemical to be selectively injected into the wash stream.
