A fuel tank including a generally hollow body defining an interior volume for accommodating fuel, and a hollow stud extending from a bottom portion of the hollow body. The hollow stud defines a first outlet having an inner end and an outer end, the inner end being in operative communication with the interior volume of the hollow body. An end cap is integrally formed with the hollow stud to seal the outer end of the first outlet. Preferably, the fuel tank includes two diagonally-opposed hollow studs and two corresponding end caps. The fuel tank further includes a centrally-located hollow member defining a second outlet having an inner end and an outer end. A wall member can be integrally formed with the hollow member to provide a seal between the inner end of the second outlet and the interior volume of the hollow body. Preferably, a mounting bracket is positioned adjacent to the bottom portion of the hollow body, and the mounting bracket includes an opening for insertably receiving the hollow stud.

Fuel tank with optional outlets

The internal combustion engine includes a cast cylinder head having as-cast alignment ribs that align a squared-off fulcrum in the rocker assembly. The rocker arm also has two substantially flat surfaces that engage the planar sides of the fulcrum to minimize lateral movement of the rocker arm. The fulcrum is received between the cast alignment ribs. The ribs are biased from a major axis to insure proper fulcrum alignment during assembly without the use of a jig.

Internal combustion engine

An improved rocker box cover assembly for an overhead valve, horizontal crankshaft, internal combustion engine. The cover assembly is a pre-assembled unit attached to the cylinder head and includes an inner cover section, which defines a rocker arm chamber, and an outer cover section with the space between the sections defining an oil separating chamber. The inner cover section is provided with an opening that provides communication between the chambers and a check valve is mounted in the opening. A gas outlet is located in the upper portion of the oil separating chamber while a drain opening is located in the lower end of the separating chamber and separated oil drains through the drain opening and is returned to the crankcase.
