A method for operating a magnetically-inductive flowmeter, wherein the magnetically-inductive flowmeter includes: a measuring tube for guiding a flowable medium; at least two measuring electrodes for detecting a flow velocity-dependent measuring voltage induced in the medium; and a magnetic field-generating device for generating a magnetic field passing through the measuring tube, wherein the magnetic field-generating device includes a coil system with at least one coil, includes determining a deviation σ of a reactance of the coil system or of a variable dependent upon the reactance of the coil system from a desired value. A magnetically inductive flowmeter is also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to a method for operating a magneto-inductive flowmeter, wherein the magneto-inductive flowmeter has a measuring tube for conducting a flowable medium, at least two measurement electrodes for detecting a flow speed-based measurement voltage induced in the medium, and a magnetic field-generating device for generating a magnetic field which passes through the measuring tube, said magnetic field generating device having a coil. The method has the steps of applying a control voltage to the coil in order to generate a change in the coil current over time, and determining the change in the coil current over time in a change-over region, wherein the coil current is changed in the change-over region until a target coil current target is reached.

An electronic unit comprises a microcontroller with a control input, a control output, and a signal input; and an interface circuit with a connection terminal, a control output, a control input, and a signal output. Both the microcontroller and the interface circuit each have a first operating mode and a second operating mode. The microcontroller is designed to cause the interface circuit to operate in its first operating mode. The interface circuit is designed to convert an input signal into a derivation signal representing a derivation of the input signal over time and to generate a control signal from the derivation signal. The microcontroller is designed to cause the interface circuit to operate in its second operating mode and to receive and convert a digital input signal and to output an output signal to the microcontroller.

The present disclosure recites a method for time controlled carrying out of a filling process including steps of beginning a first flow measurement before or during the start of a filling of a first container, starting the filling of the first container at a first point in time, and ending the filling of the first container at a second point in time, wherein the second point in time is predetermined by a set, first time interval. The starting and ending steps are repeated for filling a second container. The method also includes ending the first flow measurement and ascertaining a total flow of the preceding fillings, comparing an actual value ascertained from the total flow a predetermined, desired value, and-adapting the first time interval based on the comparing step. An apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a control setup for time controlled fill amount control and a flowmeter.

An apparatus for measuring and/or monitoring the flow of a medium to be measured, which is flowing through a measuring tube in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the measuring tube. The apparatus includes: A magnet arrangement which produces a magnetic field passing through the measuring tube and running essentially transversely to the longitudinal axis of the measuring tube; two measuring electrodes which are galvanically or capacitively coupled with the medium to be measured and which are arranged in such a manner that a measurement voltage is induced in them, evoked by the medium to be measured; an evaluation control unit, which, on the basis of the measurement voltage induced in the measurement electrodes, provides information concerning the volume flow of the medium to be measured in the measuring tube; wherein connecting lines, or signal lines, as the case may be, are provided, by way of which the measurement signals are led between the measurement electrodes and the control/evaluation unit. In order to be able to arrange the signal lines in a space saving manner, the signal lines are arranged in an essentially planar structure.
