A compressor module for a refrigerant circuit of a motor vehicle air-conditioning system, exhibiting a modular multi-part housing with a low-pressure refrigerant inlet, a high-pressure refrigerant outlet and a compressor, characterized in that an inner heat exchanger of the refrigerant circuit is produced such that it is integrated into the compressor module, wherein the housing of the compressor module fully encloses the inner heat exchanger.

A scroll compressor and a method for oil enrichment and distribution, wherein the scroll compressor includes a compressor housing, two scrolls, a respective base plate, an eccentric drive, a drive shaft, an axis of rotation, a balance weight, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a counter-pressure space, and wherein a sealing washer is fixed on the first bearing at a side of the first bearing directed to the cavity of the rotatable balance weight and of the second bearing such that the sealing washer seals the first bearing on one side in a radially outer part of a region between an inner ring and an outer ring through which fluid can flow and is, at the same time, spaced from the inner ring in a radial manner such that a gap through which fluid can flow remains.

Scroll compressor for compressing a refrigerant and method for oil enrichment and distribution

An apparatus for compressing gas-phase fluid including a housing having a wall, a stator having a base plate and a helical wall extending from one side of the base plate, and an orbiter having a base plate and a helical wall extending therefrom. The base plates are disposed such that the wall of the stator and the wall of the orbiter engage with each other to define closed working chambers. The volumes and positions of the working chambers are changed in response to the motion of the orbiter. The apparatus includes a guide device having an opening formed in the base plate of the orbiter and a pin coupled to the housing. The pin engages the opening. A sliding element is disposed between the wall of the housing and the orbiter and coupled to the wall. The pin is pressed into an opening formed in the sliding element.

A refrigerant scroll compressor for a motor vehicle air conditioning system having a fixed scroll, a orbiting scroll engaging with the fixed scroll, wherein the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll cooperate to compress a refrigerant gas. An intermediate pressure chamber is disposed adjacent the orbiting scroll, an oil return duct provides fluid communication between the intermediate pressure chamber and a high pressure area of the refrigerant scroll compressor, and at least one intermediate pressure duct is formed in one of the orbiting scroll and fixed scroll and is in fluid communication with the intermediate pressure chamber.

At least one valve device, for the purpose of influencing the mass flow of exhaust gas, is provided in the heat-exchanger line and the bypass line. Further, at least the heat-exchanger line has a slope in the direction of flow of the exhaust gas in the installed position.
