Post-quantum-resistant cryptographic system and methods

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, a device including a processing system including a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processing system, facilitate performance of operations of receiving a smart contract for tracking a position of a mobile device from a quantum blockchain; issuing a token uniquely identifying location data for the position of the mobile device; receiving location data including the token from the mobile device, wherein the position of the mobile device is determined by displacement from an initial position using a quantum accelerometer; verifying the location data using the token; and storing the location data in the quantum blockchain. The disclosed technology is directed towards a fifth generation (5G) spectrum access engine that operates to achieve 5G spectrum optimization. The 5G spectrum access engine can reallocate spectrum to user equipments, including to allocate Sub-6 frequencies to a user equipment when, based on energy sensing, the user equipment is experiencing poor signal quality with millimeter wave communications.

Method and apparatus for communicating between communication devices

A public safety analytics gateway includes a front-end processor configured to communicate with a network gateway and a public safety enterprise server and a data collector in communication with the front end processor, wherein the front end processor is configured to receive public safety data from the public service enterprise server and forward the public safety data to both the network gateway and the data collector.

VoIP traffic is intercepted for analysis. Packets transmitted from a mobile communication device over a radio access network to a core mobile communications network are intercepted. VoIP packets are detected within the intercepted packets. The detected VoIP packets are stored for analysis, and the intercepted packets are forwarded to a gateway in communication with a packet data network.

Providing collection and storage of mobile application data associated with execution of a mobile application is disclosed for a carrier core-network connected component. In an aspect, the carrier core-network connected component can enable storage of some, none, or all mobile application data related to mobile application information traversing a carrier core-network comprising the carrier core-network connected component. Analysis of the mobile application data can provide insight into a characteristic, behavior, etc., associated with the mobile application. The analysis can enable adaptation of mobile application information transport topography, environment, etc., modification of the mobile application data, testing of mobile application performance related to mobile application information traversing the carrier core-network, simulations to test application services and/or mobile applications, etc. A carrier core-network is generally able to capture more mobile application data from more mobile devices, under more operating systems, and provide better access to collected data than conventional technologies.
