A dual-compartment dispensing container for retaining and dispensing two separate products or product phases such that each product or product phase is concurrently dispensed from each compartment in substantially equal volumetric amounts. The first compartment comprises a deformable semi-circular inner tube having a top end and a bottom end. The inner tube is disposed within a second compartment comprising a deformable fully circular outer tube having a top end and a bottom end.

The invention discloses and claims five different embodiments of a plural chambered dispensing tube assembly that prevents products separated by tube chambers from mixing prior to being dispensed by providing a seal at the dispensing end. The seal is an integral part of the tube assembly.

Design and method for producing a sealing and shut-off valve system on a plural chamber dispensing tube

A plural-chambered dispensing tube is made by a method involving molding a molten resin material into a tube head while a pre-finished tube body having a partition disposed therein is disposed within the molten resin material. Thus, the pre-finished tube body and partition become connected to the tube head as the latter is being molded. In this way, the tube body and the partition are molded into the tube head to form a uniform seal between the partition and the tube head and to improve the separation of the stored components.
