A ground assembly for an inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle parked on a subsurface is disclosed. The ground assembly includes a baseplate that extends transversely to a gap direction, a coil that includes at least one coil winding spaced apart from the baseplate in the gap direction, a core assembly spaced apart in the gap direction from the baseplate and the coil, and a mounting support for holding the core assembly. The mounting support includes a support structure that is spaced apart from the baseplate in the gap direction and positions at least one core body of the core assembly.

Ground assembly for an inductive charging device

A cooling device for an electromagnetic induction charging device for inductive charging of a motor vehicle with electrical energy. The cooling device may include a housing, an air path, a coolant path, a heat exchanger, and a fan. The housing may include an upper housing shell and a lower housing shell, which may surround a housing interior. The heat exchanger and the fan may be arranged in the housing interior. The air path and the coolant path may be arranged in the housing interior fluidically separated from one another. The coolant path and the air path may be directed through the heat exchanger such that, in the heat exchanger, heat is transferrable from coolant in the coolant path to air in the air path. The fan may be arranged upstream of the heat exchanger in the air path.

Cooling device and electromagnetic induction charging device

A method for mounting an electromagnetic charging device on a substrate which can be driven on by an at least partially electric motor vehicle includes (a) laying a separating film on the substrate, (b) applying a flowable and hardenable casting material on the separating film, (c) arranging the electromagnetic charging device on the still flowable casting material, (d) aligning the charging device, and (e) (pre-)fixing the charging device with hardening of the casting material.

Method and arrangement for mounting an electromagnetic charging device on a substrate

A system may include at least one stationary inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle and at least one compressor. The charging device may include a base plate, a cover, an interior volume defined between the base plate and the cover, a coil, a magnetic flux guiding unit, an intermediate wall, an inlet, and an outlet. The intermediate wall may divide the interior volume into a distribution chamber and a receiving chamber. The coil and the magnetic flux guiding unit may be arranged in the receiving chamber. The inlet may be arranged on a pressure side of the compressor such that compressed gas flows into the distribution chamber via the inlet. The intermediate wall may define at least one passage fluidically connecting the distribution chamber and the receiving chamber such that gas flows into the receiving chamber via the passage with reduced pressure.

System with stationary inductive charging device

A ground assembly for an inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle parked on a surface may include a base plate, a flat coil, a core body, a lower hollow space, a support, and a heat-conducting jacket. The base plate may be formed as a cooling plate. The flat coil may include a helically wound conductor. The flat coil may be arranged spaced apart from the base plate. The lower hollow space may be defined between the core body and the base plate. The support may be disposed between the core body and the base plate, and may extend through the lower hollow space. The heat-conducting jacket may connect the core body and the base plate in a heat-transmitting manner, and may surround the at least one support in a jacket-like manner.

A stationary induction charging device for wireless energy transfer may include a housing base, a housing cover, a transmitting coil, at least one magnetic field conductor, and a power electronics unit. The housing base and the housing cover may define an installation space and a venting space. The transmitting coil, the magnetic field conductor, and the power electronics unit may be arranged in the installation space. The housing base may include a plurality of coolant channels through which a liquid is flowable such that the housing base forms a heat exchanger. The plurality of coolant channels may be distributed within the housing base such that a region of the housing base arranged opposite the power electronics unit and/or a region of the housing base arranged opposite the venting space has a higher coolant channel density than a region of the housing base arranged opposite the transmitting coil.

Stationary induction charging device for wireless energy transfer

A thermoelectric module may include a plurality of thermoelectric elements arranged spaced apart from one another between a hot-side substrate and a cold-side substrate. A plurality of conductor bridges may be provided for electrical interconnection of the plurality of thermoelectric elements. One or more of the conductor bridges arranged between the plurality of thermoelectric elements and the hot-side substrate, and/or one or more of the conductor bridges arranged between the plurality of thermoelectric elements and the cold-side substrate, may include a thermally and electrically conducting and elastically deformable bridge body.

Thermoelectric module

A thermoelectric module may include a plurality of thermoelectric elements arranged spaced apart from one another between a hot-side substrate and a cold-side substrate. A plurality of conductor bridges may electrically interconnect the plurality of thermoelectric elements. An electrically insulated holder may position the plurality of thermoelectric elements between the hot-side substrate and the cold-side substrate. The holder may include a separate through-opening for each of the plurality of thermoelectric elements. One or more of the plurality of conductor bridges may rest loosely on the hot-side substrate and/or the cold-side substrate.

A thermoelectric module may include a fluid-tight housing having at least one thermoelectrically active element arranged therein. The at least one thermoelectrically active element may have a coating. The housing may form an outer encapsulation and the coating may form an inner encapsulation for the at least one thermoelectrically active element.

A thermoelectric module may include a module housing surrounding a module interior. Thermoelectric elements and conductor bridges may be arranged in the module interior. A first side of the module housing may include a first side wall connected in a heat-conducting fashion to first conductor bridges. A second side of the module housing may include a second side wall connected in a heat-conducting fashion to second conductor bridges. The thermoelectric elements may extend between the first and second conductor bridges. A liquid metal layer and a first electrical insulation layer may be arranged between the first conductor bridges and the first side wall. At least one further liquid metal layer may be arranged between the first conductor bridges and the first electrical insulation layer. At least one other liquid metal layer may be arranged between the first electrical insulation layer and the first side wall.

The invention relates to a thermoelectric module comprising a metal housing element and a ceramic layer that is applied to the metal housing element. The thermoelectric module further comprises an additional housing element arranged on the side of the metal housing element which is provided with the ceramic layer, the additional housing element and the metal housing element being joined to form a fluid-tight housing. The thermoelectric module finally comprises at least one thermoelectrically active material which is arranged inside the fluid-tight housing.

Method for the production of a thermoelectric module

An arrangement may include an electrical component and a heat exchanger arranged on the electrical component for controlling a temperature of the component. An electrically insulating isolation layer may be arranged at least partially between the heat exchanger and the component. The isolation layer may be connected to at least one of the component and the heat exchanger via a materially cohesive connection.

Arrangement having an electrical component and a heat exchanger

A thermoelectric device is provided that includes a duct through which a first fluid can flow. The duct has first walls and side walls which connect the first walls. At least one first wall is in thermal contact with a thermoelectric module which has a housing with at least two opposite second walls. A plurality of thermoelectric elements is arranged between the second walls. The thermoelectric elements have opposite surfaces, each of which is in thermal contact with one of the second walls of the housing of the thermoelectric module.

Thermoelectric device

A thermoelectric device may include a housing that may have a first housing element and a second housing element. The first housing element and the second housing element may each be composed of an electrically conductive material. At least two thermoelectric elements may be arranged between the first housing element and the second housing element. The at least two thermoelectric elements may be arranged at a distance from each other and may be electrically connected via at least one conductor bridge. A first electrical insulator may be arranged between the at least two thermoelectric elements and the first housing element. A second electrical insulator may be arranged between the at least two thermoelectric elements and the second housing element.

Thermoelectric device, in particular thermoelectric generator or heat pump

A thermoelectric device having a flat tube, a first thermoelectric module, and a second thermoelectric module. The thermoelectric modules each have a housing that includes at least two opposite first walls. A plurality of thermoelectric elements is arranged between the first walls of the housing. The thermoelectric elements have opposite surfaces, each of which is in thermal contact with one of the first walls of the housing of the thermoelectric module.
