The disclosure relates to a retaining device for an anemometer, designed for use on a fan housing of a fan, wherein the retaining device is designed as a flow conditioner having a plurality of axial flow channels divided into a honeycomb structure by an arrangement of bars, and wherein the retaining device has retaining means, by means of which the anemometer can be fastened to the retaining device such that the former axially adjoins the flow channels.

A diagonal fan has an electric motor, housing, and diagonal impeller, which is accommodated within the housing, can be driven via the electric motor, and generates a diagonal flow during operation that is deflected in an axial flow direction by an inner wall of the housing. Outlet guide vane device with a plurality of guide vanes distributed in the circumferential direction is arranged adjacently to the diagonal impeller when viewed in the axial flow direction, and homogenizes airflow generated by the diagonal impeller. Guide vanes have a radial extension from a hub region of the outlet guide vane device to the housing. The impeller has a bottom disk, a top disk, and impeller blades sandwiched between the two. The top disk has an inner opening edge that defines an axial inlet opening. The impeller blades have a first radial inward section that extends radially inward beyond the opening edge. A blade contour on each impeller blade points toward the inlet side of the impeller. The blade contour first radial inward section extends from a transition portion near the opening edge under the top disk. The blade contour on the first radially inward section of the impeller blade extends radially inward yond the opening edge and forms a specified formula geometrical edge design. A second portion of the impeller blades extends radially outward from the transition portion, the transition portion and the second portion of the impeller blade are covered entirely by the top disk from the first formula impeller blade contour.

A fan includes a fan housing and a motor accommodated therein. The motor has a stator and a rotor, which is connected to a fan wheel. The fan housing consists of at least a housing upper part and a housing lower part. The housing upper part has an axial opening on the axial inner face of which facing the housing lower part the stator is arranged. On the axial outer face of the axial opening at least electronics are arranged.
