An assembly for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on both sides from a laminating web and at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side has a first pressing nip for guiding the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side, and at least one heating element for heating at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side in the pressing nip and a second pressing nip arranged downstream of the first pressing nip for pressing the at least one corrugated cardboard web laminated on one side and the laminating web against one another. The assembly for producing a corrugated cardboard web laminated on both sides also has a laminating web guide arranged at a distance from the first pressing nip for guiding the laminating web at a distance from the first pressing nip to the second pressing nip.

Arrangement for producing a corrugated board web laminated on both sides

A heating device of a two-sided machine has a stand which has a first arcuate hot plate and a wall on which a sleeve is provided. A second arcuate hot plate is arranged above the first arcuate hot plate. The second arcuate hot plate is connected to the sleeve by a connecting stem. The stand includes a cylinder unit, the piston rod of which is connected to the trailing end of the second arcuate hot plate. A second corrugated-cardboard ply and a first corrugated-cardboard ply are guided so as to run between the hot plates, whereas a third corrugated-cardboard ply is guided so as to run, above the second arcuate hot plate, through the second arcuate hot plate. The second arcuate hot plate is lowered by the cylinder unit in order to be placed in connection with the second corrugated-cardboard ply.

A hollow roller, which is heatable with steam, has an inner wall. It is rotatably mounted and has a steam supply channel opening into the interior and a siphon pipe, which opens into the interior coaxially to a centre longitudinal axis, with a suction opening located adjacent to the inner wall. The siphon pipe is held in a rotary feed-through, which is pivotable relative to the centre longitudinal axis of the hollow roller about a pivot angle &#x3b1; in such a way that the spacing b of the suction opening from the inner wall is adjustable.

Compression elements (4) are arranged above the heating plates (3) in position to act on the sheet of corrugated cardboard (2) as it advances along the path. An intake belt (e) is located in a starting area (a) of the heating plates (3) between at least a part of the sheet of corrugated cardboard (2) and at least one compression element (4.1, 4.2).
