A method for producing a brushless DC (BLDC) motor includes: providing a stator, a rotor having a shaft and a carrier element having a cutout through which the shaft passes, on which surface a plurality of Hall sensors are arranged with respect to the center point of the shaft, the carrier element being arranged fixedly with respect to the stator; prefixing a permanent magnet wheel with transducer magnets, on the shaft on a side of the carrier element facing away from the rotor magnet; setting the shaft into rotary motion, and detecting measurement signal profiles of the Hall sensors and measurement signal profiles representative of voltages induced in the coils depending on the rotor magnets; determining an adjustment angle for the permanent magnet wheel; rotating the permanent magnet wheel with respect to the shaft corresponding to the determined adjustment angle; and fixing the permanent magnet wheel on the shaft.

Method for producing a BLDC motor

The device includes a spindle rotatably supported perpendicular to a value displacement direction and is made of a first spindle part and a second spindle part. The two parts are provided with outside threads configured in opposite directions to each other. On the first spindle part, a first nut having a complementary inside thread is applied. On the second spindle part, a second nut having a complementary inside thread is applied. The first nut includes a first bearing for the rotatable support of one end of a first connecting rib. The second nut comprises a second bearing for the rotatable support of one end of a second connecting rib. The other end of the first connecting rib and the other end of the second connecting rib are rotatably supported on a third bearing. Parallel to the spindle, on the side thereof facing away from the valve member, a stop is provided for the first nut and for the second nut, the stop surface extends perpendicular to the displacement direction of the valve member.

Device for the linear displacement of a valve member

The invention relates to a cover for a chamber of a housing of an appliance, said cover comprising an approximately plate-type carrier carrying a network of conductors which is embodied as a pressed screen and provided with a sensor. A plug receiving element for an appliance plug for contacting the network of conductors is provided on the carrier. The pressed screen is supported on the plate-type carrier, held by fixing elements, and covered by a cover connected to the carrier on the peripheral edge thereof.

In the present method, a partial flow is guided through a partial flow line connected downstream of an exhaust gas outlet of an internal combustion engine, and is immediately thereafter supplied to an internal combustion engine either via a first valve, a bypass line which is connected directly downstream and a recirculation line. Alternatively, the partial exhaust gas flow can be supplied to the internal combustion engine via a second valve, a radiator which is connected directly downstream and a recirculation line. The first valve and the second valve are opened or closed as a function of the exhaust gas conditions, this being monitored by a sensor. A device for carrying out the method is also disclosed.

Method for recirculating a partial exhaust gas flow to an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle

A butterfly valve device (), particularly an electrically actuated butterfly valve device () e.g. for use in an intake manifold of an internal combustion engine is designed in such a way that the effort required for assembling the intake manifold can be reduced while the requirements regarding dimensional tolerances and tightness can be met and the number of parts is minimized. This aim is achieved by the fact that at least one housing part () of the butterfly valve device () is embodied monolithically along with an intake pipe () that is disposed upstream or downstream of the butterfly valve device ().

According to the method, in a first step, an elastic shim element, of a part circular embodiment with a projection on the external side, is fixed around a throttle valve shaft. In a second step, a first insert and a second insert are introduced into the throttle valve support from both sides until each is in contact with the projection and between both and the relevant projection a cavity, surrounding the throttle valve shaft is formed. In a third step, a molten plastic is then introduced into the cavity through the first insert or the second insert, whereby the at least one elastic shim element is pressed with the projection thereof on the inner wall of the throttle valve support. Method for the production of a throttle valve port

The present invention is a method where a one-piece throttle valve is fastened to a throttle valve shaft in a first step. In another step, at least one elastic compensating element is placed onto the throttle valve. In another step, the elastic compensating element is pressed against the inner wall of the throttle valve housing by an expanding tool. In another step, the elastic compensating element pressed against the inner wall of the throttle valve housing is joined to the throttle valve.

The present invention relates to a valve which includes a housing made from aluminum and a valve seat made from aluminum, for a flap which is mounted such as to rotate on a drive shaft and a peripheral piston seal. The valve seat includes a metallic coating on the surface thereof facing the flap, the layer thickness of which lies in the range from 5 to 30 m and has a temperature resistance in the range from 500 to 800 Celsius. Valve

The invention relates to a throttle valve housing, particularly for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, comprising a tubular housing part whose flow-through channel can be closed off from a gaseous medium by means of a throttle valve mounted on a throttle valve shaft. A tubular inlet area and a tubular outlet area are situated at the ends of the housing part, have flow-through openings that extend the flow-through channel, and can be detachably connected to a supply tube and a discharge tube. The inlet area and the outlet area can be produced as separate parts and can be connected to the housing part in a fixed manner.
