The invention relates to an implant with a shank which is insertible into a bone cavity, which shank is made of a plastic, in particular of a bioincompatible plastic, and defines at least one bone contact face, wherein the bone contact face is provided or coated with a first biocompatible bone contact layer or bears a biocompatible bone contact layer, wherein the shank of the implant is intended to be anchored in the bone cavity without bone cement and wherein the first bone contact layer is formed entirely closed.

The invention relates to a joint implant part of a joint endoprosthesis. The joint implant part comprises at least one first volume region, at least one second volume region and at least one third volume region. The at least one first volume region defines a bone contact surface region with at least one bone contact surface. The at least one second volume region defines a joint surface region with at least one joint surface. The invention relates to an artificial meniscus part for a knee-joint prosthesis that has on an upper side at least one femoral joint surface for the movable mounting of an artificial, natural or machined condyle of a femur, wherein the at least one femoral joint surface is configured in the form of a depression facing away from the meniscus part wherein the depression has an anterior and a posterior end region and a width of the depression has a minimum between the anterior and the posterior end region. An improved meniscus part set, an improved knee-joint prosthesis and an improved knee-joint prosthesis set are further proposed.
