The condensate evaporator has a pan for collecting condensate and a heating element that is integral with the pan. The heating element includes a U-shaped copper tube and an electrically conductive wire that extends through the tube with each end thereof extending from the tube for connection to an electrical circuit.

Condensate evaporator for refrigeration apparatus

The vent port employs a pair of mated housing parts that define a space for two flap valves. Each flap valve is formed of an aluminum bracket with an aperture for the passage of air and a silicone flap that closes over the aperture. The flap valves are oriented so that gravity enhances the closing of the flaps. Resistors are mounted on the brackets to heat the brackets at a low wattage. In one embodiment, the flap valves are vertically arranged over each other. In another embodiment, the flap valves are horizontally disposed in criss-crossing relation.

Vent port for a refrigerated cabinet

The condensate evaporator has a pan that is pivotally mounted on a fulcrum defined by two posts to depress the plunger of a switch as condensate collects in the pan. The switch and posts form a three point support for the pan on a flat surface. The switch is actuated by the pivoting of the pan to deliver power to a heater pad for heating the condensate.

The housing of a panel fastener is provided with pockets along the upper edge of the elongated recess that receives a hook assembly or a pin assembly and pairs of locking elements are mounted in selected pairs of oppositely disposed pockets to engage adapters used in the foamed-in-place molding of a wall panel.

The LED tube for a lighting fixture has a transparent peripheral portion, internally disposed grooves for receiving an LED array board opposite the transparent portion and externally disposed longitudinally extending slots to slidably receive connectors for the mounting of the fixture. Multiple tubes can be grouped together in arrays of two or more without requiring different fixture enclosures.

Self-contained LED tubular luminaire

An indicating lamp is provided on the exterior of a vent port to indicate failure of a heater within the vent port. An electrical circuit is provided to energize the indicating lamp in response to failure of one or the other of a pair of heaters within the vent port.

Electrical circuit

The caster leg assembly has a slidable collar mounted on a shank that is threaded onto a stud fixed within a hollow table leg. A resiliently deformable ring is positioned between a shoulder on the shank and an inwardly turned end of the leg. A locking nut is threaded onto a threaded portion of the collar to abut the inwardly turned end of the leg. After the shank has been adjusted along the length of the stud, the locking nut is threaded against the end of the leg to cause the collar to be drawn in a direction out of the leg thereby compressively deforming the ring to frictionally engage the collar and leg. This, in turn, locks the shank against rotation relative to the leg.

The leg support is constructed of a split plastic housing into which a tubular plastic foot is threaded. Metal sleeves of non-corrosive material are slidably mounted on each of the housing and foot to provide an aesthetic appearance. The internal thread on the housing is a buttress thread with a not quite perpendicular load receiving flank. The external buttress thread on the plastic foot has a mating upper flank. The leg support is able to withstand relatively heavy loads.

Leg support

A gas regulator is of a modular construction, having a base providing coupling to a gas supply system and a body in which the pressure regulation elements are located. The base and body form a plug and socket type connection, the body being removable from the base, for repair or replacement without the base being disconnected from the gas supply. Inlet and outlet ports in the base align with corresponding inlet and outlet chambers in the body to provide a gas flow path through the regulator with the base and body connected.

Modular regulator

A pneumatic pump of the type having a pair of pump chambers each divided by a diaphragm assembly coupled by a main shaft includes a housing having a central valve chamber. An integral counter, mounted in the pump housing, is also coupled to the diaphragm shaft, and provides a count of the number of shaft reciprocations performed.
