A floor panel is bounded in a horizontal plane by a top side, which is provided with a decorative layer, and an underside, which is provided for bearing on an underlying surface. The floor panel is provided with connecting structure for the releasable connection of at least two panels. The connecting structure is formed on at least one first side edge such that locking takes place in the transverse direction and vertical direction. A form-fitting element for locking in the vertical direction with a further panel is formed on a second side edge, which runs at an angle to the first side edge. A tongue is formed on the first side edge, the tongue extending in the longitudinal direction of the side edge, and a recess, corresponding to the tongue, is formed on an opposite side edge.

Floor panel

A wood fiberboard, in particular floor panel, includes an HDF support board with a top side and an underside, the top side having a decoration, preferably a wood or tile decoration, is distinguished in that the decoration is printed directly onto the top side of the support board and is covered by at least one layer of a transparent synthetic resin.

Process of manufacturing a wood fiberboard, in particular floor panels

Disclosed is a device for connecting and locking building boards comprising a top face () and a bottom face (), especially floor panels () that are provided with a core made of a wood material as well as a groove () on two opposite lateral edges (I, II). Said building boards further comprise an insert () that is used for locking and can be inserted into the groove (oror) of one of the lateral edges (I, II). The boards () are connected by displacing the boards in an essentially horizontal direction (Q) towards each other. The inventive device is characterized in that the insert () is provided with at least one springy lip (a,a;a;a) which extends towards the top face () or the bottom face ().

Device for connecting building boards, especially floor panels

A panel, in particular floor panel, having a support board made of glued and compressed fiber material to which a termination layer is applied in each case on a top side and an underside, and the termination layer of the top side has a structured surface, and to a process for producing such a panel or such a support board. The object of the invention is to provide a panel or a support board comprising binders and fillers and also a process for producing the same, by means of which surface-structured panels can be produced more quickly and cost-effectively. This object is achieved in that the density on the top side of the support board is lower than the density of the support board on the underside.

A building board made of OSB (oriented strand board) which can be laid on beams, which are spaced apart parallel to one another, in order to form a subfloor in a residential or commercial building and which has two mutually opposite longitudinal edges and two mutually opposite transverse edges running at right angles to the longitudinal edges. One longitudinal edge and one transverse edge in each case has a tongue and the opposite longitudinal edge and transverse edge has a groove corresponding to the tongue, via which a plurality of building boards can be connected to one another and locked in the vertical direction in relation to one another. The tongue and the groove on the longitudinal edge are designed such that two boards which are connected to one another at the longitudinal edges are also locked in a horizontal direction in relation to one another.
