An electromagnetic actuator device with a plurality of actuator units () having in each case an armature tappet which is movable relative to a stationary coil along an axial tappet direction when said coil is energised, said actuator units being received in respectively assigned actuator housings () such that in an installed and/or assembled state of the electromagnetic actuator device one respective end portion () of the armature tappets may come into engagement in a controlled manner with an actuator partner which is able to be assigned thereto, wherein the plurality of actuator units is mechanically connected to a bracket-like and/or bridge-like connecting unit () made of polymer material such that the actuator housings are movable relative to one another by the action and in accordance with a predetermined bending property and/or elasticity of the connecting unit, in particular in a plane perpendicular to a tappet direction of the armature tappets which are further preferably guided in an axially parallel manner to one another.

Electromagnetic adjusting device and use of such an adjusting device

An electromagnetic actuating apparatus having an armature unit () which can move along an axial direction () in response to current applied to a stationary coil unit and designed to interact with an actuating partner, wherein the coil unit has a winding () with which a connection contact () can make contact. The coil unit is accommodated in a housing () which surrounds the coil unit at least in sections. The coil unit has an electrical connection for connecting the connection contact to a plug section () on the housing. The connection contact (), together with a flat end section () of the electrical connection, which is oriented parallel to the connection contact and is permanently connected to the connection contact, extends at least in sections parallel to the axial direction () or is angled out of a position of extent in this direction after connection, wherein the housing end region is axially opposite a housing outlet for the armature unit ().

Electromagnetic actuating apparatus

The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuating device () for a camshaft adjustment device of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, with an elongated actuating element () forming an engagement region on the end side and movable by the force of a coil device () provided in a stationary manner, which actuating element preferably has in parts a cylindrical covering contour and penetrates a cut-out () in permanent magnet means () arranged on the shell side, which are constructed for cooperating with a stationary core region () comprising a core body (), and which actuating element lies in a switching position with a contact surface (), on the end side on the actuating element side, against a contact surface () on the core region side. Provision is made that the contact surface () on the core region side is formed at least in part by a contact element () fixed in the core body (), which contact element is constructed from a material which has a greater hardness than the material of the core body ().

Electromagnetic actuating device and camshaft adjuster

Camshaft adjustment device

An electromagnetic actuating apparatus having an electromagnetic actuating unit which can be operated in order to exert an actuating force for an elongated plunger unit, wherein the actuating unit is provided in a housing along its actuating direction. The actuator unit forms an engagement surface which is planar in places and can be moved axially in the actuating direction, at an engagement end facing the plunger unit, an end surface of the plunger unit on the engagement side interacts detachably with the engagement surface, and the plunger unit is seated by magnetic attraction with its end surface on the engagement side on the engagement surface of the actuator unit, wherein the plunger unit is preferably designed to be soft-magnetic and furthermore preferably composed of soft iron, in the area of the end surface.

The invention relates to a device for camshaft adjustment in an internal combustion engine, having a lifting profile element which is provided in a rotationally fixed manner on an axially movable mounted camshaft and which provides a control groove, and having a control unit for generating a predetermined axial movement of the camshaft, wherein the control unit has a tappet unit which is preferably movable radially with respect to the camshaft and which is designed to controllably engage into the lifting profile element, wherein the lifting profile element forms a first control groove which is designed to interact with the tappet unit at a first penetration depth in order to describe a first axial movement of the camshaft, and the lifting profile element forms a second control groove which is designed to interact with the tappet unit at a second penetration depth, which differs from the first penetration depth, in order to describe a second axial movement, which differs from the first axial movement, of the camshaft.

Device for camshaft adjustment in an internal combustion engine

An electromagnetic actuating device comprising a plurality of electromagnetic actuation units (), which can be selectively controlled for exerting an actuating force on a corresponding plurality of elongated tappet units () that are supported axially parallel, wherein the actuation units are provided in a common housing () along the actuating direction axially parallel to each other, and form a contact surface that is at least planar in some sections and can be axially moved in the actuating direction at each associated engagement end facing the tappet units.
