A method for manufacturing a battery system, in which to manufacture, simply and inexpensively, a battery system having improved service life, performance, and safety, in the method battery cells are positioned by at least one mounting grid for positioning battery cells and/or by positioning ribs and/or positioning projections in the interior space of a battery system housing or of a potting mold which are configured for positioning battery cells, and/or by a mounting gripper for positioning battery cells, and at least partly potted with at least one potting compound. Also described are a corresponding battery system and a suitable reactive resin system or a suitable potting compound.

A decoupling element is described for a fuel injection device which is characterized in particular by a low-noise design. The fuel injection device includes at least one fuel injector, a receiving bore in a cylinder head for the fuel injector, and the decoupling element between a valve housing of the fuel injector and a wall of the receiving bore. The decoupling element is designed as a decoupling system having a spring ring and a conical washer. The fuel injection device is suitable for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal combustion engine in particular.

Decoupling element for a fuel injection device

A fuel injector, e.g., for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines in motor vehicles, includes a valve housing including a sleeve-shaped housing section; and a solenoid, situated on the housing section, having a coil brace, magnetic coil and magnetic cup. To protect the magnetic coil from salt fog that arises under specific environmental conditions and penetrates along the contact areas of solenoid and housing section, the coil brace with wound magnetic coil is completely enclosed on all sides by a one-piece plastic coat.

Fuel injector

A fuel injector has a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive actuator, which actuates a valve-closure member cooperating with a valve-seat surface a sealing seat. An hydraulic coupler includes a master piston, a slave piston, and a coupler volume formed in-between, the coupler volume being connected to a compensating chamber via a throttle. An elastic flexible section delimits the compensating chamber at least partially, and the coupler volume, the throttle, and the compensating chamber are filled with an hydraulic medium. The flexible section exerts a pressure on the hydraulic medium due to prestressing, and the force of a compression spring, which is braced either directly and/or via fixed components on the slave piston and the master piston, is directed with an initial stress in such a way that the force enlarges the coupler volume.

Fuel-injection valve

A fuel injector has a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive actuator, which actuates a valve-closure member cooperating with a valve-seat surface to form a sealing seat. A hydraulic coupler includes a master piston, a slave piston, and a coupler volumeformed in-between. The master piston and the slave piston are axially displaceable with respect to one another. The coupler volume is connected to a compensating chamber via a throttle. A flexible section delimits the compensating chamber at least partially, and the coupler volume, the throttle, and the compensating chamber are filled with a hydraulic medium. At least one spring element directly or indirectly exerts pressure on the flexible section from the outside, via fixed components.
