A cleaning device for use with an atomizer that applies paint to the surface of a component in a spray booth includes an external and internal surface in which a least a portion of one or more of the surfaces are coated with a conductive coating. This conductive coating comprises one or more fluoropolymers and may be static dissipative. The cleaning device further includes an exit port that has an aperture between about 2.54-7.62 cm located in the shroud of the device opposite the opening that receives the atomizer and near a bottom corner of the shroud. A kit used to retrofit existing paint spraying systems includes a fully assembled cleaning device and optionally, a regulator assembly capable of reducing the pressure of a cleaning fluid to about 80 psi. During installation, the regulator assembly is mounted external to the spray booth.

A method wherein either crude oil or a used oil lubricant is processed to produce an intermediate lube distillate which is then hydrotreated to produce a hydrotreated base oil which is then processed by solvent treatment to produce a higher viscosity index base oil (such as Groups II+ and/or III) and a lower viscosity index base oil (such as Groups I and/or II), in each case as compared with the viscosity index of the hydrotreated base oil. In the solvent treatment, one or more solvents are utilized to selectively separate higher viscosity index components from lower viscosity index components found in the hydrotreated base oil, and after the separations have occurred, the solvent is preferably recovered for re-use in the process.

A system, and associated method, aggregates, optimizes, allocates, and prices products orders by members of buying clubs wherein a network interconnects a master computer having a database to a plurality of buyer computers connected to the network for data communication with said master computer, each of which buyer computers is operable by at least one respective buyer of at least one buying club, and is configured for generating to the master computer data defining orders of products placed by said respective buyers. Computer program code executable by the master computer compiles each of the respective orders into an aggregate order, and, with reference to data structures of said products, inventory, optimization criteria, and orders of all buyers including any specified minimum, preferred and maximum specified units, generates optimized orders and allocations to achieve improved outcomes for buyers, thereby facilitating purchasing and commerce by and between members, buying clubs, and suppliers.
