Certain embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus for retaining a plug in an outlet. The apparatus includes a pair of arms and a body slidably connected to the arms. The arms are connected to the outlet. The body slides along the arms to retain the plug in the outlet.

Plug retention device

Certain embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus for retaining a plug in an outlet. The apparatus includes a body and a pair of arms slidably connected to the body. The arms are secured to the outlet. The body slides along the arms in a first direction to retain the plug in the outlet.

A ringpost is disclosed. The ringpost includes an outer member and an inner member secured within the outer member. The outer member has a rib along an interior surface, and the inner member has a groove along an exterior surface that receives the rib. The outer member rotates about the inner member after the inner member is secured within the outer member. A ringpost assembly is also disclosed.
