A display fixture having a plurality of display panel assemblies that can each be independently pivoted between and held in either a horizontal and a vertical position may be easily configured for use as either a shelving unit or a display rack or a combination shelving unit and display rack by a user.

Convertible multilevel shelving unit and display fixture

A display fixture mounted on wheels and having a panel that can be pivoted between a horizontal and a vertical position may be easily position and configured for use as either a table or a gondola style store fixture to display merchandise by a single person in a store. Latch and stop assemblies may be provided to lock the panel in either the vertical or the horizontal position and to stabilize the fixture against tipping.

Multipurpose display fixture

A portable foldable display includes a pair of end sections and a plurality of intermediate sections. The intermediate sections are joined together in a manner which permits the intermediate sections to be rotated with respect to each other for folding and unfolding of the display. The display also includes a plurality of shelves which may extend from the front or back of any of the intermediate sections and outwardly from the end sections. The vertical spacing between the shelves is adjustable. The display is on wheels to permit easy transport.

A gondola shelf wire routing tray includes a trough adapted to receive a wire. A pair of shelf mount tabs are attached to the trough. A wire constraint tab is mounted to the trough and adapted to secure the wire in the trough. The trough is flexible so that the trough may be deformed to permit the pair of shelf mount tabs to move through perforations of a shelf. As a result, the shelf mount tabs are locked into engagement within the perforations and the trough is mounted to the shelf as the trough attempts to spring back to its original shape.

A modular system for illuminating store shelving includes one or more power supplies hidden from view to power vertically extending tracks which power light assemblies attached to the shelves. Wire management tracks are also provided so there are no dangling wires extending from the tracks to the light assemblies and all wires are generally hidden from view.

Storage and transport of a gondola-type shelving with safety achieved by providing a wheeled cart system having shelves limiting the height of any stack of the gondola-type shelves and both vertical and horizontal guard rails which may be readily affixed or removed from the cart as necessary to enable loading and unloading of the cart and safe storage and transport of items in the cart.

A sliding drawer is coupled to a gondola-style shelving unit by providing mounting brackets and telescoping brackets which are used to couple the drawer to the shelf of a gondola-style shelving unit. Alternatively, the shelf may be eliminated by mounting brackets with the hooks typically found at opposite sides of a gondola-style shelf. Whether the shelf is employed or the hooks are provided on the mounting brackets, the hooks mate with slots in the upright vertical posts of the frame of the gondola-style shelving unit to mount the drawer to the frame.

Quick-connect disconnect connectors are provided as part of an electrical assembly used to electrically couple components to the end of an electrical track section. The connectors have a tongue portion insertable into the end of the track only one way to ensure against cross-wiring and include structures for retaining electrical contacts and strain reliefs. The connectors readily disconnect from the end of the track when force is applied which might be sufficient to damage the track or electrical assembly to prevent such damage.

An electro-mechanical connection is provided for transmitting power to one or more light sources affixed to the shelves of a shelving system. The connection eliminates the need to run wires the entire distance from the light source to a source of power and enables efficient and accurate coupling of the components. This is achieved by provided a slim track strip extending the height of the shelving unit and a specially designed twist connector for tapping off wiring harnesses from the slim track at the level of individual shelves where the harness leads to shelf-mounted light sources.

A mixing fin assembly adapted to mix and guide materials in a rotatable mixing drum of a type used in a transit concrete mixing vehicle includes a spiral mixing fin designed to extend transversely into the drum constructed of a lightweight, moldable polymeric material which is flexible and resistant to abrasion, the mixing fin includes a plurality of conjoined sections that are fit together, preferably utilizing fin locking tabs and mating fin locking sockets. A preferred way of mounting the mixing fin into mixing drums uses a spiral fin mount rail track adapted to be fixed to the interior surface of the mixing drum. A locking tab locks the upper part of the rail track into the fin structure.

An on-board auxiliary tank system for supplying makeup water and chemical additives to a transit concrete mixing vehicle is disclosed. The system includes a water tank having a sloped, generally concave upper section, spaced sides and a bottom designed for deployment nested beneath a mixing drum of a transit concrete mixing vehicle and defining a water compartment and a pair of elongate support block members for supporting the water tank situated beneath the sides of the tank and adapted to be attached thereto by removable latch fasteners. The block members include elements suitable for fastening the blocks to a concrete mixing vehicle.

The hinge assembly of the present invention is a novel configuration that utilizes multiple arcuate shaped clevis elements. The configuration produces a compact, stable, and efficient means for transmitting an actuation force to retract or deploy one or more sections of a folding chute assembly utilized on transit concrete mixing vehicles.
