The invention relates to a reusable drug delivery device for selecting and dispensing a number of user variable doses of a medicament. The device comprises a housing, a cartridge holder for retaining a cartridge containing the medicament, a piston rod displaceable relative to the cartridge holder, a driver coupled to the piston rod, a display member for indicating a set dose and being coupled to the housing and to the driver, and a button coupled to the display member and to the driver.

Drug delivery device

The present invention is directed to a housing for a drug delivery device. The housing comprises an outer shell with an aperture, an insert received within the aperture and a clamp attached to the outer shell. The insert has at least one recess which is engaged by a lug of the clamp to retain the insert within the aperture of the outer shell. The invention is further directed to a pen-type injector having such a housing.

Pen-type injector with window element

The present invention is directed to a pen-type injector equipped with a cartridge holder for a drug delivery device. The cartridge holder has a longitudinal axis and comprises a body for receiving a cartridge, wherein the body comprises at a proximal end engagement means for releasably coupling the cartridge holder to the drug delivery device, a latch member for releasably engaging a cap of the drug delivery device and an alignment element which is visual from the outer side of the body. The alignment element may be an aperture provided in the body and/or a lug which forms the latch member.

Pen-type injector

A cartridge assembly () having a shared fastening features for use with a drug delivery device (). The cartridge assembly includes a cartridge holder (), a drug cartridge (), and a connector (). The connector may be attached to the drug cartridge. The cartridge assembly further includes a fastening means () for fastening to a drug delivery device, and this fastening means is shared between the cartridge holder and the cartridge or between the cartridge holder and the connector. The drug delivery device may be a reusable drug delivery device or a disposable drug delivery device.
