An electronic storage system is provided. The system includes a housing, securable units within the housing, a kiosk to assign securable units to users and to provide the users with access credentials for accessing assigned securable units, and user portals within the housing and separate from the kiosk. Each user portal permits access to one or more of the securable units in accordance with access credentials entered into the portal. Each user portal is also operable to allow users to transfer rentals of assigned securable devices to other electronic storage systems. The system also permits access to assigned securable devices in accordance with access credentials received via text or SMS messages or via applications executing on a computer, NFC device, or smart device, such as a smart phone or tablet.

A system and method to select a gate to be modified as a test isolation gate is disclosed. In a particular embodiment, a method includes, after a layout phase of generating a design of a circuit, receiving timing information related to the design of the circuit. The method also includes selectively identifying at least one gate of a combinational logic portion of the design of the circuit to be modified to respond to a test enable signal, the at least one gate identified at least partially based on the timing information. The method also includes modifying the at least one gate. The at least one modified gate is fixed at a constant level during a test mode and is dynamically changeable during a functional mode of operation of the circuit.

The invention is directed toward a subsurface gravity measurement device and a method for calibrating the same that includes a tilt meter and a gravity sensor. The method includes associating tilt information produced by the gravity sensor as a function of a relationship between tilt information produced by the tilt meter and a correction parameter. The tilt meter produces tilt data, and the gravity meter produces gravity data, corresponding to the tilt data. The tilt data and gravity data is fitted to a polynomial equation that has a plurality of initial coefficients associated therewith. The initial coefficients includes information concerning the correction parameter. The correction parameter is derived as a function of the initial coefficients.
