A first service interaction can be initiated between the customer and a first service representative. A customer sentiment metric can be determined during the first service interaction. The customer sentiment metric can indicate a level of customer satisfaction during the first service interaction. A second service representative suitable for fulfilling the customer's request for service can be identified, based at least in part on the customer sentiment metric. A second service interaction can be initiated between the customer and the second service representative, responsive to the identification of the second service representative.

Systems and methods are described for facilitating payments and transactions using social background checks. Such systems and methods may use social networks with both individual members communicating over a network to a social authentication computing system. The authentication of transactions associated financial institutions are determined through the use of relationship measures based on social media interactions. Transactions and services available to a user are determined based on a measure of social identity through the use of social media platforms. Available contact and interaction data from one or more social media platforms is leveraged to analyze a level of trust that a transaction is not a consequence of fraudulent activity. Transactions that have a low level of risk of being a consequence of fraudulent activity are benefited through faster transaction times and other improvements.

The memory stores instructions that cause the processor to receiver user photograph data including multiple photographs of the user, determine an emotive state of the user in each of the photographs, categorize each photograph into at least a user positive emotion category and a user negative emotion category, receive spending behavior data, generate a user spending alert based on the spending behavior data including a photograph from at least one of the user positive emotion category and the user negative emotion category, and present the spending alert to the user.
