An air compression device has a housing, a compressor device for the compression of air, an electric motor for driving the compressor device and for generating an air flow within the housing, a transmission for mechanically connecting the electric motor to the compressor device, and a power supply at least for supplying the electric motor with power. At least sections of the compressor device, the electric motor, the transmission, and the power supply are arranged in the housing. The air compression device also includes an air guide device which guides the air flow from the power supply to the compressor device and the electric motor using the transmission, wherein at least sections of the air guide device are arranged within the housing.

An air compression device includes: a compressor device for the compression of air, wherein the compressor device has a compressor axis and the compressor axis is defined by a direction in which air is compressed by the compressor device; an electric motor for driving the compressor device, wherein the electric motor has an electric motor axis formed by an axis of rotation of the electric motor; and a transmission that mechanically connects the electric motor to the compressor device. The transmission arranges the compressor device and the electric motor at an angle to one another, and the compressor axis and the electric motor axis enclose an angle between 10° and 80°, in particular 20° and 70°, more specifically 30° and 60°.

A hand-held power tool includes a drive unit configured to drive an insertion tool in at least one non-percussive operating mode. The drive unit includes a percussion mechanism for percussive driving of the insertion tool in an associated percussion mode. The hand-held power tool further include a user guidance unit configured to be actuated by a user and a communication interface configured to communicate with the user guidance unit and to receive, from the user guidance unit, changeover instructions for changing over the drive unit between the at least one non-percussive operating mode and the associated percussion mode in an application-specific manner.

A hand-held power tool includes a housing in which a drive motor and a transmission that is configured to be driven by the drive motor so as to drive an output shaft are arranged. The hand-held power tool also includes a mode-setting device that has at least one rotatable actuation element configured to set an operating mode, a torque-adjusting element configured to adjust a torque, and a gear changing element configured to change gears of the transmission. The torque adjusting element and the gear changing element are releasably coupled together during a gear changing process.
