This tray includes spaced apart openings arranged in parallel rows, intended to receive the bodies of the elongated objects, and projections making it possible to place the flanges of the elongated objects inserted in these openings in a determined angular position on the tray when the bodies of these elongated objects are engaged in these openings. According to the invention: said projections are arranged so as to place the length of said flanges in a determined angular position with respect to the rows of openings, and the openings of a first row of openings are arranged with respect to a second row of openings adjacent to said first row, such that after installation of the elongated objects on the tray, the flanges of the objects inserted in the openings of said the first row imbricates with the flanges of the objects inserted in the openings of said second row, i.e. each flange of an object of said the first row is positioned in a space existing between the two adjacent flanges of the objects of said second row, in the immediate vicinity of these two flanges.

Tray for positioning elongated objects, in particular syringe bodies or syringes

This packaging includes a grouping nest, a first tub, and a sealing cover. Lateral walls of the first tub are sloped to allow a nesting of this first tub in a second identical tub; the first tub includes recesses on the outer side of the tub forming tub and/or nest supporting pillars on the inner side of each wall, and having a tub and/or nest supporting surface opposite the bottom of the tub. The positioning of the recess forming a tub supporting pillar on one opposed lateral wall is different from the positioning of the recess forming a tub supporting pillar on the other opposed lateral wall allowing nesting of this first tub into a second identical tub in a first relative position of the first tub, while allowing the stacking of said first and second tubs one onto the other in a second relative position of the first tub.

Packaging for medical containers

A packaging including a grouping nest for receiving syringes, a packaging tub, and a sealing cover for sealing the packaging tub. The packaging includes a plate intended to be positioned close to the flanges of the syringes before sealing of the tub; this plate includes a plurality of first surfaces intended to be placed in contact with the flanges and a plurality of second surfaces located on the side of the cover plate opposite this plurality of first surfaces, the distance between the plurality of first surfaces and the plurality of second surfaces being chosen in such a way that, when the plurality of first surfaces lies against the flanges, the plurality of second surfaces is in contact or in close proximity to the sealing cover.

Packaging for cylindrical containers

This sterile packing () includes:&#x2014;a container () for containing at least an object () to be sterilized by at least a sterilizing fluid, said container () including at least a first opening ();&#x2014;at least one first membrane () made in a material porous to the sterilizing fluid but non-porous with respect to microbial contamination, said at least one first membrane () being sealed at said at least a first opening () of the container (), after filling of the container () with the object () so as to close said at least a first opening ();&#x2014;at least one second membrane () made in a flexible and airtight material, said second membrane () being sealed at said at least first opening () of the container (), after installation of said first membrane (), the sealing of said second membrane () being carried out at a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, so that said second membrane () is curved when the packing () is brought back to the atmospheric pressure.

Sterile packing and sterilization method using this packing

The packing according to the invention comprises: a container for holding said at least one object to be sterilized, having an inlet opening and a discharge opening via which said at least one object may pass into and out of said container, said container comprising a rigid part which comprises a peripheral wall bored with a multitude of small holes having dimensions smaller than those of the said at least one object, and a non-rigid part in a material porous to the sterilization fluid and non-porous to microbial contamination, this non-rigid part being able to contain said rigid part and to be sealed thereon; and at least one envelope made in a flexible and airtight material, which is vacuum sealing fitted on said container.
