An oil guide of a hybrid module for a vehicle which is arranged in a drivetrain between a drive unit, particularly an internal combustion engine, and an output. An electric machine is provided, and a rotor of the electric machine is connected to the output. A clutch is provided between the drive unit and the electric machine. The clutch has oil conducting elements in order to supply the electric machine with cooling oil. A further aspect of the invention is a hybrid module with such an oil guide.

A permanent magnet rotor for a brushless electrical machine has a rotor shaft and a cylindrical plastic cage. Permanent magnets are inserted in this plastic cage. The plastic cage has dovetailed retainers. The permanent magnets are trapezoidal in shape and are inserted so as to fit tightly in the dovetailed retainers.

In order to simplify the adjustment of an axial play of a rotor shaft ( ) between the rotor shaft ( ) and a stator ( ) of a motor with the purpose of reducing the component expenditure and the assembly expenditure of the motor, a first clamp holder ( ) and a second clamp holder ( ) exert pressure on both sides of a plain bearing ( ). In a first step, a rotor ( ) of the motor is positioned relative to a housing ( ) of the motor. A bearing receiver ( ) is then fixed relative to the housing ( ) of the motor by inserting, at an axially inner end of the bearing receiver ( ), the second clamp holder ( ); by moving the second clamp holder ( ) to a second operating end position; and by fixing the second claim holder ( ) at the second operating end position. Next, at an axially outer end of the bearing receiver ( ), the plain bearing ( ) and the first clamp holder ( ) are axially inserted into the bearing receiver ( ). The first clamp holder ( ) is moved to and fixed at a first operating end position to adjust a pre-defined axial play of the rotor shaft ( ). The spring stiffness of the first clamp holder ( ) is higher than the spring stiffness of the second clamp holder ( ). In addition, the first clamp holder ( ) contacts one axial face side of the plain bearing ( ), whereas the second clamp holder ( ) contacts the other axial face side of the plain bearing ( ) in order to exert an elastic pressure against the plain bearing ( ) and against the first clamp holder ( ).

Method for adjusting an axial play of a rotor shaft of a motor

In order to simplify the adjustment of an axial play of a rotor shaft ( ) between the rotor shaft ( ) and a stator ( ) of a motor with the purpose of reducing the component expenditure and the assembly expenditure of the motor, respective clamp holders ( ) exert pressure on both sides of a plain bearing ( ). These clamp holders ( ) are axially moved to respective operating end positions in a bearing receiver ( ). There, the clamp holders ( ), which have different spring stiffniess, are fixed by respective claws. The clamp holder ( ) which has the higher spring stiffness adjusts the axial play of the rotor shaft ( ) while the clamp holder ( ) which has the lower spring stiffness exerts, in particular, an elastic axial pressure against the plain bearing ( ) and, therefore, against the first clamp holder ( ).

Hammer brush holders ( ) are plugged or snapped together as pivoting bearings with cupped bearing receptacles ( ) arranged radially on knife-edge bearings ( ) of a motor stator part, in particular a bearing bow ( ). To prevent tilting due to forces acting perpendicularly to the hammer brush holder's pivotal motion, in particular those arising during assembly and transport, a securing pin ( ) of the hammer brush holder ( ) extends or locks into a securing notch ( ) of the motor stator part.

In order to ensure a secure fit and a constant setting angle for a brush (4) plugged into a box-shaped brush receptacle (1) of a brush holder even in the event of relatively severe thermal and/or bending stress, a thin-walled connecting web (3) connecting a pivoted bearing arrangement (2) to the brush receptacle (1) is furcated at least at the receptacle end of the web (3). The resulting forks (3.1; 3.2) lead into the longitudinal sidewalls (1.1; 1.2) of the box-shaped brush receptacle (1), which are parallel to the connecting web (3).

Plastic hammer-type brush holder

A brush holder for an electrical machine, and in particular a hammer brush holder, can include a carbon brush inserted with one of its ends provided with a brush shunt into a pot-shaped receptacle part of the brush holder. The carbon brush is retained in the receptacle part by means of clamping. A reliable clamping of the carbon brush is guaranteed by providing a scraper rib on at least one side wall of the receptacle part and designing it to ascend from the entry slot of the receptacle part toward its pot-like bottom with respect to its height and/or its width pointing into the receiving space of the receptacle part. The brush holder may be manufactured from plastic, and the carbon brush is inserted with a clamp locking force fit into a receiving opening of the brush holder. In order to be able to guarantee a secure fixed seating in any case in spite of the unavoidable tolerances in the case of mass production, at least one side wall of the insertion opening having a protruding scraper rib comes to rest against the carbon brush. The scraper rib is arranged or designed to make contact with the carbon brush in a way that allows lateral and/or vertical variation with increasing insertion depth of the carbon brush.
