A protective device for photographic apparatus comprises an umbrella with a shaft which slides in a ball joint having a compressible o-ring that fits inside a groove within the ball joint. The ball joint is held in place with compression screws joining two halves of a collar system which are adjusted to provide the desired frictional setting to maintain the umbrella in the desired position. A slide bar with an attachment bolt at one end and a stop at the other is used to attach the present invention to the base of a camera or video device and provides the slide wherein the collar system is moved to a desired position. The collar system includes grooves whereby the shaft of the umbrella may be rotated to lie flat against the collar system to facilitate storage and tilting of the photographic apparatus. The umbrella collapses pulling the protective canopy down along shaft for easy storage.

Protection device for photographic apparatus

A golf tee holder and dispenser in a rectangular form holds a vertical stack of tees lying one on another horizontally, with successive tees alternating the orientation of their heads and their points. The golf tee holder and dispenser housing includes inner chambers that encase springs that allow straight-line movement as well as an inner center chamber to prevent tees from becoming disarranged while dispensing. A pusher plate maintains even pressure from dual spring movement against a snub point to hold golf tees in a stationary position until release through a top aperture using a teeter action once a downward pressure is applied to small end of tee by user. A molded element that has a memory retentive factor allows user to attach golf tee holder and dispenser to belt, pocket, golf bag, or golf cart.

Golf tee holder and dispenser

A holder for golf tees that has a housing with an open interior. The interior has two curved ends and a thin middle section that forms a &ldquo;dumb bell&rdquo; shape. A plate that has a matching dumb bell is fitted into the open interior. Two springs are mounted inside of the housing and are attached to the bottom of the housing and to the bottom of the plate. A retainer pin is placed orthogonally across the top opening of the housing. The pin retains the plate in the housing and secures any tees that are installed as well. Tees are placed into the housing by sliding the pointed end under the retainer pin and pushing down on the plate. To dispense a tee, a user pushes down slightly on the pointed end of the top tee, which raises the other end of that it can be pulled from the holder.

A headrest for use in combination with a seat back structure, including a clamp having a plurality of attachment sites and being detachably attachable to a side or top of the seat back structure; and a cushion detachably attachable to the clamp at any one of the attachment sites, at varying locations and angles. The clamp is D-shaped and has a rounded front portion bearing the plurality of attachment sites, and a back portion. Each attachment site is tubular and is interiorly threaded. The cushion has an external threaded portion and is attachable to the clamp by threading the threaded portion into a selected tubular portion to a desired depth to effect a desired headrest location and angle.
