A control device for semiautomatic gearshifting mechanisms of motor vehicles has a selector shaft of a gearshifting mechanism and at least one rotatable shifting element acting on the selector shaft so as to rotate and axially move the selector shaft for selecting a gutter and shifting a gear. A switching valve actuates the at least one shifting element for rotating the selector shaft and for axially moving the selector shaft. The shifting element is a shift drum with at least one control curve. The control curve is a groove in the mantle of the shifting element. The control device provides a simplified hydraulic control of the switching valves and has a simplified configuration.

Control device for a semiautomatic gearshift mechanism of vehicles, preferably motor vehicles

A gear actuator for engaging and disengaging gears in an automatic manual transmission has a single working piston or two working pistons provided with a first working piston surface and a second working piston surface. An auxiliary piston is provided also. A pressure control valve controls a pressure supplied to the second working piston surface. A shut-off valve is provided. The first working piston surface and the pressure valve are supplied with a system pressure of a hydraulic system. The first working piston surface and the pressure control valve can be decoupled from the system pressure of the hydraulic system by the shut-off valve.

Gear actuator for engaging and/or disengaging gears of a transmission

A control device for a semiautomatic gearshift mechanism of a vehicle has a first actuator for moving a gearshift shaft for gutter selection in a first shaft movement direction. A second actuator moves the gearshift shaft for gear selection in a second shaft movement direction. The first actuator has a primary piston and at least two auxiliary pistons for moving the primary piston alternatingly in two travel directions. The primary piston has a piston body having first and second piston body end faces facing away from one another. The primary piston has first and second piston rods, wherein the first piston rod is connected to the first piston body end face and the second piston rod is connected to the second piston body end face, wherein the first and second piston rods project away form the first and second piston body end faces and extend in the travel directions.
