A switch device including a switch rail (), the switch device having at least one stock rail (), a junction rail () and a switch rail support (), and the switch rail and the connecting rail being interconnected by a weld joint (). The switch rail support () includes a through-opening () or a recess beneath the weld joint, the width of the through-opening or the recess being wider than the width of the switch rail (). Furthermore, the length of the through-opening or the recess allows the junction rail () to connect to switch rails of the same or different lengths.

Switch device

A grooved rail switch device () having a switch rail (), the switch device having a monobloc design and comprising at least one stock rail (), a junction rail () and a switch rail support (), and the switch rail () and the junction rail () being mechanically interconnected. The switch rail () and the junction rail () merge into each other by means of a joint () that is S-shaped in the horizontal section.

A superstructure device () for a set of points having a switch support which is composed of a block of high-strength steel and which has stock and short point rails which delimit said switch support and are formed integrally from the block, wherein the block is connected to a lower part composed of a material other than the high-strength steel, such as mild steel, and is in particular connected in a materially joined fashion, wherein the block extends essentially over the entire length of a switch rail device as the superstructure device on both sides beyond the switch support, and the lower part is a means of supporting the block in the form of at least two supports which are spaced apart from one another.

Superstructure device

A rail or grooved rail having upper and lower parts made of different materials, the upper part having a head and being made of a water-resistant material, and the lower part being made of structural steel, and wherein the lower part of the rail is a profile element having a web or a flat element forming a web.

Rail

Rail expansion device having stock and tongue rails which can be displaced longitudinally with respect to one another and bear against one another transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the rails under the application of force, wherein a holder releasably holds the tongue rail at a distance from the region thereof which bears against the stock rail, and wherein the tongue rail in the holder is non-positively and positively connected to a standard rail passing into it or to a section thereof or to a section of the holder having a profile which merges with that of the standard rail.

Rail expansion device

A grooved rail core piece including a core piece intersection area formed by intersecting grooves as an overflow area. The core piece has two construction profiles with interconnected outer fishing surfaces () extending in a longitudinal direction. In order to enable the intersection area of the core piece to be renewed in a simple manner, the intersection-point area of the core piece includes an interchangeable insert () which is arranged in a recess in an at least positive fit, the recess being defined by the sections of the construction profiles and by the sections of the lining parts () disposed in the outer fishing surfaces (), and the insert is fixed by means of at least two wedge elements () which can be clamped in the lining parts. The lining parts and the construction profiles are connected by means of at least one clamping element protruding there through in a non-positive fit.

Grooved rail core piece

A check rail arrangement for a switch or an intersection, the arrangement including a grooved rail () provided with a grooved rail head (), a groove () and a lip (), and a check rail () which is supported at least on the lip and is arranged by a fixing mechanism in such a way that it can be displaced in relation to the grooved rail. The aim of the invention is to be able to easily displace the check rail. To this end, a fish-plate block () extends from the grooved rail (), the fish-plate block including a longitudinal groove () which extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the grooved rail and in which a slot pin () engages in an adjustable manner. The slot pin can be tightened by a screw () extending from the check rail ().
