An aqueous liquid detergent composition is provided for cleaning a hard surface and for repelling insects therefrom comprising a detersive proportion of a surface active detergent compound, an effective amount of an insect repellent material which is sufficient to repel insect from the hard surface after application of the detergent composition thereto, the liquid detergent composition being substantially free of a liquid hydrocarbon.

A high speed production method of making the bags comprises the steps of laying a continuous length of drawstring material across a series of spaced bags, applying strips of pressure sensitive tape to each bag to freely laterally enclose the drawstring length there and severing the drawstring length between bags.

Process for forming a scrim-reinforced film wherein a molten, film-forming plastic, such as polyethylene, in a high state of fluidity is fed onto an unsupported scrim and solidified by cooling to produce a scrim at least substantially completely enclosed and surrounded by the plastic. The film, thus produced, can be formed into a high strength bag container by a folding and cutting operation utilizing hot knife means capable of fusing and thus sealing the plastic. In a preferred embodiment, the plastic is extruded onto the scrim.

Reusable article of unitary construction for dispensing conditioner for fibrous materials in an automatic laundry dryer and/or washer or similar container for fibrous materials, comprising a first layer of magnetized, substantially form retaining sheet material such as soft rubber, adapted to forcibly, magnetically engage an inner metal surface of said dryer and/or washer in form-retaining relationship therewith and secured thereto in overlying relationship a second layer of sorptive material, e.g., foam plastic, natural or synthetic sponge for receiving the conditioner.
