A contact element for connection of an electrical plug-in connector of electrical or electronic system components to an electronic printed board assembly is provided herein. The contact element has two mutually spaced arms, each having a circular free end. The arms are connected to one another via a contact portion. At one end, the contact element has an extension piece for the electrical connection to the printed board assembly. The contact element has a cutout over its entire length. The cutout is narrowed in the contact portion by contact projections projecting into the cutout. A clamping region for the force-fitting and electrically conductive clamping of the plug-in connector is formed. The arms are arranged at an angle with respect to the contact portion in such a way that they extend in two different planes.

Contact element for electrical plug-in connections

A control unit housing has connector pins arranged therein. Each pin has a first contact end directed to the housing interior for a press-fit connection to a circuit board insertable therein, and a second contact end directed out of the housing for connecting an electrical plug connector or the like. The housing is designed as a header that is open on one side and has an access opening for inserting the circuit board. The access opening can be closed by a cover after mounting the circuit board. The connector pins are substantially right-angled pins arranged in the region of a side wall of the housing. The pins are anchored in the housing by the second contact ends running approximately at right angles to the first contact ends, such that the mounting forces acting on the first contact ends during press-fit connecting are received by the housing.

Control unit housing and production method

A device for acquiring and processing sensor measured values and/or for controlling actuators has a base housing, sensors and/or actuators attached to the base housing, a cover that can be connected to the base housing to cover the sensors and/or actuators, and a circuit board with control electronics. To mount the circuit board easily and effect secure contact of the sensors therewith, the circuit board is securely connected to the inner side of the cover using press-fit connectors, the circuit board has electrically active first contact faces on its side remote from the cover, the sensors and/or actuators have electrically active second contact faces on their sides facing the cover, and the second contact faces of the sensors and/or actuators are connected to the first contact faces via electrically conductive contact springs.

Device for acquiring and processing sensor measured values and for controlling actuators

A plug having a guide, which has a first guiding section and a second guiding section for guiding the plug into a corresponding plug receptacle. The second guiding section is disposed at a greater distance from the plug face than the first guiding section. The first guiding section and the second guiding section have contours in their respective cross-sections that are different from one another.
