A medicament delivery device includes a housing; a hollow plunger rod; a dose drum concentrically arranged between the housing and plunger rod and movable when setting and delivering a dose; and a plunger rod driver. The driver includes a hollow ratchet arm drum movably arranged within the plunger rod and fixed to the dose drum, with the arm drum and rod releasably coupled; a dose activator having a longitudinal rod movably arranged within and releasably coupled to the arm drum; a dose setting knob fixed to the dose activator and releasably coupled to the arm drum; and a resilient element arranged between the arm drum and dose activator that biasses them in a direction decoupling the longitudinal rod from the arm drum and coupling the knob with the arm drum, such that during dose setting, turning the knob forces the arm drum and dose drum to rotate together.

A safety buckle device includes a first buckle part having a partially closed space with an opening, and a second buckle part having a body, a guiding tongue, and a control key. When locking the safety buckle device, a springing detent is adapted to lock against a locking element. The control key has two recesses having different depths and arranged adjacent each other in the longitudinal direction of the control key. A device for auto-injection of a dose of medicament, comprises a housing arranged to contain a medicament container therein and a contact part intended to be applied against an injection site, a needle cover surrounding a needle arranged to the medicament container and extending at least the length of the needle, spring elements for, upon activation, pushing the needle past the end of the cover as well as operating the medicament container to supply the dose of medicament, first locking elements for locking the spring elements in a pressurized state, first activating elements for, upon manual operation, releasing the spring elements for injection. There is a second locking element capable of locking the first activating element and a second activating element, capable of releasing the second locking element when the contact part is exposed to pressure.

The carrier is designed to accommodate either of at least two containers of different length and/or width and at least one damper arranged for energy absorption from the autopenetration and/or autoinjection movement.
