Disclosed is a protective separator for a rectangle plug connection, which is appropriate for cost-effective and uncomplex retrofitting to existing rectangle plug connections, and permits the deliberate and reversible separation of the plug connection in response to increased mechanical loading, in order to prevent mechanical damage and, optionally, to permit the most rapid resumption of operation possible. This disclosure includes a protective separator for a rectangle plug connection, having a bulkhead mounted housing having a first region and a second region, wherein the first region is directly attachable to a surface and/or to a surface mounted housing, and wherein the second region can be locked onto a mating plug housing, wherein the first region and the second region can be mutually separated in a reversible manner by the action of a predefined tensile force.

The disclosure relates to a plug () to be mechanically and electrically connected to a corresponding mating plug, comprising a housing (), a protective conductor bridge (), and a plug insert. The housing () comprises at least one connecting section () to be connected to the plug insert, and the plug insert is mounted on the at least one connecting section (). The invention relates to a mounting frame () which comprises at least one PE contact () and can be inserted into the housing from a plug-in end and/or from a terminal end. The at least one PE contact () is arranged on the mounting frame (). Previously known PE contacts can be contacted only from one end, whereas the disclosed PE contact () can be contacted from the terminal end and/or the plug-in end.

A plug-in system comprises a docking device which has a first plug-in module that is bidirectionally displaceable parallel to a connection direction and at least one spring arm, as well as a second plug-in module which can be connected to the first plug-in module in the connection direction. The plug-in system can be transferred between a separated state, in which the second plug-in module and the docking device are separated from each other and the spring arm limits a displacement of the first plug-in module at least in the connection direction, and a docked state in which the first plug-in module and the second plug-in module are connected to each other and the first plug-in module assumes a position which can be reached by a displacement of the first plug-in module which exceeds the limit in the connection direction.

It is proposed to design a retaining frame () for retaining plug-in connector modules () in such a way that retaining means () of the plug-in connector modules () can be retained in recesses () of the retaining frame () in a play-free manner. To this end, the retaining frame () is designed in two pieces, wherein a slot () between the two retaining frame pieces () extends through the recesses (). By under-sizing the recesses () in relation to the dimension of the retaining means () of plug-in connector modules (), a press-fit of the retaining means () in the recesses () is effected by the assembly of the retaining frame parts ().

The invention relates to an environmentally sealed plug-in connector housing formed from a base body () having a fastening flange () molded thereon. The fastening flange () is associated with a sealing element () that is compressed in a sealing manner between the fastening flange () and an assembly surface (). In order to ensure the sealing of fastening bores () provided in the fastening flange (), sealing sleeves () are molded onto the sealing element (), which sealing sleeves extend into the fastening bores () and at least completely pass through the latter. A fastening screw inserted into a fastening bore () can in this way seal with its screw head the fastening bore () by means of the sealing sleeve () that is compressed by the screw head.

Provided is a plug to be mechanically and electrically connected to a corresponding mating plug, comprising a housing, a protective conductor bridge, a retaining frame, and a plug insert; the retaining frame is mounted on the housing and includes at least one connecting section to be connected to the plug insert, and the plug insert is mounted on the at least one connecting section; the protective conductor bridge is laterally inserted into the retaining frame.

Plug

Provided is a plug having a first plug piece and a second plug piece. The plug pieces are designed to enter in contact with each other, a male end of plug piece being accommodated in a first female end of plug piece. When the first plug piece is in contact with the second plug piece, electric contact elements accommodated in the plug pieces are in contact with each other. An insert accommodated in the female end of the first plug piece prevents inadvertent contacts by foreign bodies in the female end.

Described is a holding frame for receiving a multiplicity of plug-in connector modules. The plug-in connector modules are received in recesses of the holding frame by holding elements. The recesses of the holding frame are inserted into frame portions located opposite each other. The holding frame according to the invention allows a spring-loaded reception and support of the plug-in connector modules in the holding frame. Tolerances of the various plug-in connector modules and the contacting means thereof can be compensated. A secure and complete plugging in of plug-in connector modules of a modular plug-in connector together with the counter-plug-in connector thereof can be ensured in this way.
