A housing is provided with a receiving area for a mounting part of a mount assembly fastened to the receiving area by a substance-to-substance bond. The receiving area has a centering portion for the mounting part and possibly a positioning portion for the mounting part which is operative in axial direction and transitions into an adjacent housing wall via a housing edge. The receiving area is provided in the radial extension region of the housing edge with a clearance operative in axial direction relative to the mounting part.

A rotor carrier for a rotor of an electric machine and to a hybrid module with such a rotor carrier. The rotor carrier includes a tubular base body having elements on an outer circumferential surface facing the rotor for connection between base body and rotor, the base body is connected to a hub by a connection element. The connection element has an axial portion which extends along a part of the axial length of the base body and runs coaxial to the latter, in that receptacles for parts of a clutch are provided on an inner circumferential surface of the axial portion remote of the base body, and in that the connection element has a flange area adjoining the axial portion.

Rotor support for an electrical machine

A clutch arrangement is provided with a clutch housing that connects a drive unit to an output, such as a transmission, which is rotatable around a central axis and with which an axial central projection is associated at the side of the clutch housing facing the drive unit in the radial extension area of its rotational center. The axial central projection receives a rotor carrier receiving a rotor of an electric machine. The central projection is connected at least so as to be fixed with respect to relative rotation to the drive unit via a first connection device and to the rotor carrier via a second connection device.

Clutch arrangement

A hub assembly for a hybrid module having a first and a second connection partner arranged coaxially with one another, the first connection partner has a first bearing portion and the second connection partner has a second bearing portion, and a plurality of connecting elements. The first and the second bearing portion have receiving openings for receiving the connecting elements. The first and the second connection partner are prepositioned with respect to one another via a form-fitting connection such that the receiving openings in the first and the second bearing portion are each oriented in pairs in a positionally correct manner with respect to one another in the circumferential direction about the main axis H.

A rotor carrier for a rotor of an electric machine and to a hybrid module with such a rotor carrier. The rotor carrier includes a pot-shaped base body. The base body overlaps only a portion of the axial extension of the rotor, in that the rotor carrier comprises a second supporting body that has elements on an outer circumferential surface for a positive engagement connection and/or frictional engagement connection between supporting body and rotor, in that the supporting body has a radially extending flange, and in that the bottom of the base body and the flange of the supporting body are connected to one another.

A coupling arrangement is provided with a vibration reduction device and with a clutch device. The vibration reduction device has at least one torsional vibration damper, an input connected to a drive, and an output connected to the clutch device by which a connection between the vibration reduction device and a driven end is at least substantially produced in a first operating state, and this connection is at least substantially cancelled in a second operating state. The vibration reduction device has a mass damper system that cooperates with the torsional vibration damper and is connected to the output of the vibration reduction device.

A torque transmission device of a motor vehicle which transmits torque from an internal combustion engine to a torque converter, wherein the torque transmission device includes transmission part connected to the torque converter in a first radius region having a quantity of fastening elements lying on a first radius and connected to the internal combustion engine in a second radius region having a quantity of fastening elements lying on a second radius. To reduce loading of the fastening elements, the transmission part is provided with recesses in the first radius region and/or in the second radius region that extend at least partially over the first or second radius region and lessen the axial rigidity of the transmission part.

Torque transfer device of a motor vehicle

A hydrodynamic clutch device for a hydrodynamic torque converter includes a turbine wheel for rotation about an axis of rotation. The turbine wheel is connected by a lockup clutch arrangement for transmitting torque to a housing arrangement. The turbine wheel includes a turbine wheel shell for housing turbine wheel blades. The turbine wheel shell is operably connected by a torsional vibration damper arrangement for transmitting torque. The torsional vibration damper arrangement includes a first transmission element coupled with the lockup clutch arrangement and the turbine wheel shell and includes a second transmission element coupled with the first transmission element for transmitting torque by means of a damper element arrangement; and wherein the first transmission element is supported at the housing arrangement in a first direction by a bearing arrangement.

Hydrodynamic clutch device

In a hydrodynamic clutch with a lockup clutch, a hydraulic fluid is in operative connection with a piston space outside of a driven shaft constructed as a hollow shaft by means of a plurality of fluid channels. The piston space adjoins an actuation piston by means of which the lockup clutch can be actuated. The fluid channels extend substantially axially in a partial portion. In the partial portion, the fluid channels are surrounded on the radial inside by the driven shaft and are surrounded on the radial outer side and in circumferential direction by a hub part.

Hydrodynamic clutch, particularly torque converter

A hydraulic clutch has an impeller wheel, a turbine wheel with a turbine wheel shell, a turbine torsional vibration damper and a lockup clutch. The turbine wheel shell receives a connection element with which it acts on the torsional vibration damper. The lockup clutch has at least one clutch disk arranged at a disk carrier. The turbine wheel shell is connected on the radial inner side with the connection element. The disk carrier passes into a holding clamp which is connected to the turbine wheel shell in a radially eccentric manner. The disk carrier is connected with the connection element so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it.

Hydraulic clutch with a turbine torsional vibration damper

A hydrodynamic coupling device, especially a hydrodynamic torque converter, includes a housing which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, a turbine wheel mounted for rotation with respect to said housing, and a bridging clutch for transmitting torque between the housing and the turbine. The bridging clutch includes a first friction element which is essentially fixed against rotation with respect to the housing, and at least one second friction element which is essentially fixed against rotation with respect to the turbine, the friction elements having respective friction surfaces which can be brought into contact with each other. A first channel, provided in one of the friction surfaces, has first channel sections with radially closed inner ends and second channel sections with radially closed outer ends. A circumferentially extending second channel, provided in the other friction surface, establishes a fluid conducting connection between the first channel sections and the second channel sections when the first friction surface contacts the second friction surface. For every part of the friction surface which is opposite the second channel in a first relative rotational position, a second relative rotational position is provided in which this same part is in contact with the friction surface having the second channel.

Hydrodynamic coupling device, especially a hydrodynamic torque converter

A hydrodynamic clutch device comprises an impeller wheel with a plurality of impeller wheel blades arranged successively in circumferential direction about an axis of rotation, a turbine wheel which is located axially opposite the impeller wheel and which has a plurality of turbine wheel blades arranged successively in circumferential direction, a stator wheel with a plurality of stator wheel blades which are arranged successively in circumferential direction in an area between the impeller wheel blades and the turbine wheel blades and are supported on a blade carrier. The stator wheel blades, the impeller wheel blades and the turbine wheel blades define a fluid circulation zone extending substantially annularly about the axis of rotation. A torsional vibration damper arrangement has a damper element arrangement which, at least in some areas, is arranged radially inside the fluid circulation zone and overlaps axially with the fluid circulation zone. The blade carrier is shaped in such a way that it conforms at least partially to an outer contour of the damper element arrangement.

A hydraulic clutch has an impeller wheel, a turbine wheel with a turbine wheel shell, and a torsional vibration damper. The turbine wheel is drivable by the impeller wheel. The turbine wheel shell is mounted in an axial and radial sliding bearing so as to be rotatable with respect to a turbine wheel hub. The torsional vibration damper is arranged on the turbine wheel hub so as to be fixed with respect to rotation relative to it. The turbine wheel hub is drivable by the turbine wheel via the turbine wheel shell and the torsional vibration damper. The turbine wheel shell acts on the torsional vibration damper via a connection element. The axial sliding bearing is spatially offset with respect to the radial sliding bearing.

A hydrodynamic clutch device, particularly a hydrodynamic torque converter or fluid coupling, comprises a housing arrangement, a turbine wheel which is arranged in the housing arrangement so as to be rotatable with respect to the housing arrangement about an axis of rotation, a lockup clutch arrangement by means of which a torque-transmitting connection can be selectively produced between the housing arrangement and the turbine wheel, wherein the lockup clutch arrangement comprises a clutch element which is connected by a connection arrangement to the housing arrangement so as to be substantially fixed with respect to rotation but axially displaceable relative to it, wherein the connection arrangement comprises at least one elastically deformable connection element which is fixedly connected with the housing arrangement on the one hand and with the clutch element on the other hand. It is provided that the at least one connection element is connected with the housing arrangement in an area between surfaces of a housing element and of a housing huh element which is fixedly connected with the housing element, wherein these surfaces face one another.

A hydrodynamic clutch arrangement, particularly a torque converter or fluid coupling, includes a housing arrangement, a turbine wheel provided in the housing arrangement, and a lockup clutch arrangement by which a torque transmitting connection can be produced selectively between the turbine wheel and the housing arrangement. The lockup clutch arrangement includes at least two friction members which are rotatable with one of the housing arrangement and turbine wheel, and at least one counter-friction member which is interposed between the two friction members and is rotatable with the other of the housing arrangement and turbine wheel. A first friction facing on at least one of the friction members at its first side faces the at least one counter-friction member. This at least one of the friction members can be brought into frictional interaction, via a second friction facing, with another counter-friction member on its second side located opposite to the first side. The first friction facing has a larger friction surface area than the second friction facing.
