A vehicle temperature control system, for electric motor-powered vehicles or hybrid vehicles, includes a heater (), which can be operated electrically or/and with fuel, with a first heat exchanger device () for transferring heat provided in the heater () to a first heat carrier medium provided in a first heat carrier medium circuit (). An operating material tank () holds a liquid operating material (). A second heat exchanger device () provides heat transfer between the first heat carrier medium provided in the first heat carrier medium circuit () and energy storage material () contained in the operating material tank (). A third heat exchanger device () provides heat transfer between the first heat carrier medium provided in the first heat carrier medium circuit () and a second heat carrier medium provided in a second heat carrier medium circuit ().

Vehicle temperature control system

A vehicle heater includes a burner assembly unit () with a combustion chamber () to be fed with combustion air (V) and fuel (B) and a flame tube (). A heat exchanger assembly unit () includes an inner heat exchanger housing () with an inner circumferential wall () and an outer heat exchanger housing () with an outer circumferential wall (). A heat transfer medium flow space () is between the inner and outer heat exchanger housings, which are elongated in a longitudinal axis (L) direction. A waste gas backflow space (), between the inner circumferential wall () and the flame tube, opens towards an exhaust gas outlet. A catalytic converter device () is provided in the waste gas backflow space associated with an energizable heating unit (), or/and insulation material () is provided on an outer side () facing away from the heat transfer medium flow space.

Vehicle heater

A heat exchanger arrangement (), especially for a fuel-operated vehicle heater, includes an outer pot-shaped housing () having an outer bottom wall () and an outer circumferential wall () extending along a longitudinal axis (L). An inner pot shaped housing () has an inner bottom wall () and an inner circumferential wall () extending along the longitudinal axis (L). A flow space () for fluid whose temperature is to be regulated is formed between the inner housing () and the outer housing (). At least one liquid uptake volume () for taking up liquid condensed in the inner housing ().

Heat exchanger arrangement, especially for a fuel-operated vehicle heater

A fluid supply system is provided, especially for delivering liquid hydrocarbon to a fuel-operated vehicle heater or to a reformer. The system includes a fluid reservoir (), a first fluid line () from the fluid reservoir () to an on-off valve (), a second fluid line () from the on-off valve () to a first system area () to be fed with fluid, and a third fluid line () from the on-off valve () to the reservoir (). The on-off valve () establishes a connection between the first fluid line () and the second fluid line () in a first valve position and establishes a connection between the second fluid line () and the third fluid line () in a second valve position. A first fluid delivery arrangement () is provided for delivering fluid from the reservoir () into the second fluid line (). A second fluid delivery arrangement () is provided for delivering fluid from the third fluid line () into the reservoir ().

A temperature-controlled fuel valve, especially for a fuel-operated heating burner of a vehicle heating system has at least one valve member () that is adjustable as a function of a temperature in the area of a heating burner ().
