An electrical component has electrically conducting structures placed on an electrically isolating or semiconductive substrate and component structures sensitive to a voltage or an electrical arcing and galvanically separated from one another. To prevent an arcing between the galvanically separated component structures, the component structures are short-circuited with a shunt line having a smaller cross-section than the remaining electrical conductor tracks. The shunt lines can be burnt through by application of an electrical current at any given time, whereby a galvanic separation of the component structures is effected, if necessary, for the function of the component.

Component with sensitive component structures and method for the production thereof

Proposed is a SAW HF filter with reactance elements, which is particularly suitable for mobile radio. The filter is balanced on both sides, is electrically symmetric, and comprises a four-pole reactance series element, which can be formed from two two-pole pole reactance elements or from a four-pole reactance element, and a resonator. One bar of the respective reactance elements is connected to the input side of the filter, while the other bar is connected to the output side of the filter.

A surface acoustic wave filter having compensated capacitive and inductive crosstalk between adjacent IDT input and output transducers includes electromagnetically coupled transducers split into partial transducers. The routing of the partial transducer pads is modified such that the flux directions of the magnetic couplings between the adjacent partial transducers are oppositely directed so that the total induced magnetic flux is zero. The partial transducers are connected in series or in parallel such that, in the case of symmetric operation, the crosstalk capacitances between adjacent pads and transducer surfaces are balanced at the corresponding port.

A dual-mode surface acoustic wave filter that can optionally be operated balanced or unbalanced, having tracks which are coupled to one another via coupling converters. The filter has interdigital converters for each track which are disposed within reflectors and act as input and output converters. The impedance of the input and/or output converters of the filter is determined by omission or overlap weighting and/or by splitting the input and output converters into a plurality of individual converters. At least some of the individual converters are connected in series, for each acoustic track.

The transverse-mode resonator filter has reflectors and input and output converters arranged between the reflectors. The impedance of the input converter and/or the output converter is adjusted by reducing the original active finger overlap of the normal finger structure. The impedance can be increased by shortening the converter length of one converter, by reducing the active finger overlap of one converter by omission weighting, or by reducing the active finger overlap of one converter by overlap weighting.
