Slider assemblies and outdoor equipment including the same. A slider assembly is configured to be slidingly coupled to a slide track and includes a slider body and an actuation lever operatively coupled to the slider body. The slider body includes a first clamp member and a second clamp member that collectively define at least a portion of a track receiver. The slider assembly is configured to selectively translate along the slide track and includes a lock mechanism configured to selectively prevent the slider assembly from translating relative to the slide track. The actuation lever selectively transitions the slider assembly between an adjustment configuration and a locked configuration. When the slider assembly transitions from the adjustment configuration toward the locked configuration, one or both of the first clamp member and the second clamp member move toward one another.

Slider assemblies and outdoor equipment including the same

Pet leash assemblies, pet collar assemblies, and methods of using the same. Pet leash assemblies include a tether and a gated clasp coupled to the tether. The gated clasp includes a body, a gate hinged to the body, and a biasing member that pivotally biases the gated clasp to a closed configuration. The gate may include a projection that extends away from the body. When the projection is urged toward a terminal region of the body, the gate is pivoted against a bias of the biasing member and the gated clasp is configured to an open configuration, in which a coupling ring of a collar may be inserted into and removed from a passage defined between the gate and the body. The clasp may include a sliding actuator with a gate-engagement surface positioned to engage and pivot the gate against its bias when the actuator is translated toward the gate.

Pet leash assemblies, pet collar assemblies, and methods of using the same

A zipper pull mechanism attaches two free ends of a zipper cord together, after the free ends are looped through an eyelet in the zipper slider. The zipper pull mechanism will assist the user in operating the zipper. The zipper pull mechanism includes two components that snap fit easily together and onto the free ends of the zipper cord, thereby securing the zipper cord to the zipper slider. The zipper pull mechanism also includes a whistle integrated into the shape of the mechanism to be used to create a loud piercing noise so as to attract attention to the user. The zipper pull mechanism is easy to grip even by users wearing gloves.

A fit element for a helmet for minimizing helmet movement on the head of a wearer is described. An embodiment of the fit element includes a base portion and an integrated stretchable material. The base portion includes at least one attachment leg, a right side arm and a left side arm, wherein the attachment leg is substantially perpendicular to the right and left arms. The base portion may also include attachment points for connecting to an interior rear area of a helmet, and advantageously has at least one cut-out section along its length to permit flexing. In an implementation, at least a portion of a lower edge of the middle section of the base portion has a curved shape for facilitating entry or the wearer's head into a helmet.

Helmet fit element

This invention relates to a device to be used for tending straps and also to be used as a whistle. More particularly, this invention relates to a device for tending straps with a whistle integrated within the device where both the whistling and strap-tending functions are independently operable. While whistles may be included as individual pieces of gear they are often not available when desired. This invention facilitates the inclusion of a whistle by combining it with items designed to tend the straps on gear that is more commonly carried.
