Provided is an enema nozzle for an enema device. Said enema nozzle includes an insertion body with a flexible insertion tip. The flexible insertion tip is located at the insertion end of the insertion body, and said tip will flex when it abuts intestinal tissue. This will provide a smoother insertion, which effectively will alleviate the physical discomfort and pain that a patient may expire during insertion of an enema nozzle.

Enema nozzle and an enema device comprising said enema nozzle

The present invention relates to an enema device comprising a delivery container arranged for accommodating an enema and an applicator nozzle for dispersing the enema, and wherein the delivery container is arranged as a hand held pump and for remaining in an at least partly compressed configuration when the user releases the pressure on said delivery container during use. Thereby is provided a simple, inexpensive and essentially maintenance free enema device which can be used for self-administrating of an enema.

Enema device, and a delivery container for use in said enema device

The present invention relates to a self-retaining enema nozzle () and an enema system () comprising said enema nozzle. The enema nozzle () comprises a catheter () provided with a retention member () arranged for being placed in a compact form during insertion in a body cavity and for being placed in an expanded form for retaining the enema nozzle in said body cavity, and wherein the enema nozzle () further comprises a restriction unit () arranged for placing the retention member () in its compact form. Since the restriction unit () holds, e.g. keeps, places and/or maintains the retention member () in the compact form both before and during insertion, any discomfort and/or harm that may be experienced using the conventional enema nozzles/devices is effectively prevented.

Self-retaining enema nozzle and an enema system comprising said enema nozzle

The present invention relates to an enema device comprising a delivery container arranged for accommodating an enema and an applicator nozzle for dispersing the enema, and wherein the delivery container is arranged as a hand held pump and wherein a cross-section of said delivery container has the shape of an oval. Thereby is provided a simple, inexpensive and essentially maintenance free enema device which can be used for self-administrating of an enema.

The present invention relates to an enema device (') comprising a delivery container () and an applicator nozzle (), and wherein said delivery container () comprises two cavities (&#x2032;), an outer cavity (&#x2032;) defined by an squeezable external body (&#x2032;), and an inner cavity (&#x2032;) defined by an inner flexible bladder (&#x2032;), and wherein one of said cavities (&#x2032;) is communicating with an outlet () for dispersing the enema though the applicator nozzle () and the other cavity (&#x2032;) is communicating with the surroundings via an air inlet (). Thereby is provided a simple, inexpensive and essentially maintenance free enema device (&#x2032;) which can be used for self-administrating of an enema. The device (&#x2032;) will not only effectively prevent air from being mixed with the enema, but also ensure that the user easily can expel the enema, as the device (&#x2032;) will be perceived as full of enema at all times.
